One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are immaculate and the bathroom itself is large enough to be its own bedroom. The staff was extremely professional and friendly, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of both hot and cold selections, and the gym had a large variety of different types of machines to suit anyone’s fitness. Absolutely phenomenal experience! (And extremely affordable for an American).

Arrived yesterday and felt like a princess! Absolutely beautiful. My daughter helped set up the "arrival" but even without that I was surrounded by lovely attentive people. The entire place is gorgeous one of the best I've ever seen. Smells great too haha can't wait to use the beautiful pool today. Nice and close to everything too. Thank you

So far the best 5* hotel I have stayed in. From the moment we arrived the hospitality is top! The staff were outstanding, polite, accommodating and super helpful with EVERYTHING! Always had a smile on their faces. We had the suite which was immaculate and well laid out, as for the restaurant and bar services, impeccable service that I cannot fault it. A very nice experience for myself and the whole family. Thank you! Would definitely recommend and we cannot wait to return.

It’s located right next to a massive shopping center. Heaps of local and international restaurants and brands to choose from.

Big compliments to the staff! Their attention to detail is spot on. They actually listen and attend to your requests. This probably doesn’t happen too often, but they let us do a super early (1045am to be exact) check in to our additional room. So friendly and so helpful!!

We booked the deluxe studio room with 2x double beds. It’s big enough to fit 3 adults. They can also combine the 2 beds to make it a California king sized bed! My 2y/o had an infinite space to roll around sleeping.

The bathroom is so spacious, with separate shower and tub. Vanity has enough space for all your personal items— make-ups, face creams and whatnot.

The kitchenette is well equipped with plates, utensils, pots, fridge, microwave and a stove. All the basic kitchen needs for those who would be staying for a while or for those with kids.

Hubby loved the gym. It’s well maintained and has everything you need for a good workout.

Kids enjoyed the pool area. It’s partially shaded and partially covered with glass roof, so it can be utilised in any weather condition.

All in all a great stay. Absolutely coming back again next time!

One of the best hotels in the Makati area. Excellent value for the money. Service is excellent and some amazing novelty services such as loading your breakfast card with credits which you can use outside in partner restraunts, in case you miss breakfast. Live music during breakfast not just evenings. Very good hotel

This was one of the best hotels by far! We came from New Jersey and was recommended this hotel. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The location was on par when it came to convenience. It was a short drive from the airport. All the shopping and all types of restaurants are literally across the street, which is a one-way so traffic was not an issue. There is also a pharmacy and small grocery for essentials. The hotel’s pool wasn’t deep so it was pretty good for my 2 yr old to swim in. The bathrooms had soap and lotion with basic essentials laid out (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap). One of the best parts of the room was the washer/dryer unit available in the room and was very useful at the end of the stay!

The only negatives I’d have to say are that the hotel is not kid-friendly. They aren’t equipped to accommodate small children (kid-friendly meals, drinking cups) and the hotel rooms do not have a microwave. Instead, they have ovens which is a little inconvenient especially since you’ll have to wait for the oven to heat up.

I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go to this hotel again!

Makati Diamond Residence Hotel is a 5-star hotel in Makati similar to Diamond Hotel Manila.

The basement parking is secured, and you can see the vehicle lifting device that is no longer used.

The lobby both on the ground floor and basement are well-arranged.

The elevator has comfortable wall padding.

The interior is simply elegant, has a dining area from restaurants named Alfred, and a bakery named Baked.

Everything was clean, even the toilets.

The other floors are not visited due to membership only facilities.

hotels all over the word . I must say your attention to detail & service not only stands out .

I just got in here to celebrate our anniversary and Christmas party for this year. The place is nice and I love it. Although it can still be improved in some ways. Personally, the lights are not that bright for me in addition to dark shades of the color of walls and tiles of the hotel. I think considering interior designer is the best option for this matter. Aside from that people here are well aware of what they are doing. Highly commendable. I recommend this place to anyone. Although I am not sure about the price but since I got in here for free, I can say that I enjoyed it.

Very good experience. I like the layout of the room; the design is well-thought of. Snacks are free, except for refills. The beds are very comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep! Wide variety of Breakfast selections which I enjoyed. Overall, a great stay with family over the Christmas holidays.

Great gym and lovely pool. Very nice hotel indeed. We always try to stay here as it is a veritable oasis in the chaos of Manila.
Also vegan options for breakfast.
But the staff really make the place great.

This has been our hotel for our golf tour the last two years. I have to say it's the best one I've experienced albeit very pricey.

Parking is easy enough to get to and free for hotel guests. Locsin is superb being in the middle of the Greenbelt malls.

I like the Filipino buffet breakfast that they serve separately from the usual international buffets found in most hotels.

The gym(s) is excellent and in good working order with updated equipment.

The studio rooms have everything you need if you want to dine in and cook.

Overall a true 5-star hotel.

Staying in Makati Diamond Residence after being highly recommended from friends and family is one of the best choices and experiences I had visiting the Philippines. The hotel staff was highly professional, accommodating, and helpful in every regard. The location was perfect too because it was right beside to a mall and restaurants so that is a huge plus.

Probably one of the best hotels in CBD Makati. It’s owned by San Miguel Corp. so expect quality. We’ve stayed here 4 times and it’s always been lovely. The staff are always the best. Price per night is awesome for the level of service. Literally across the street from all the shopping and restaurants at Greenbelt. Can’t really beat the location! Finally we love the nightly live piano players. 10/10 Will stay again.

Attended a formal event here some two weeks ago. Really good food and decent internet. Excellent location too, since it is only across Greenbelt and is walking distance from our office.

Location is very convenient as it’s very near greenbelt. Hotel staffs are very accommodating. They are a kid-friendly hotel, they even gave as a baby bath tub and allowed us to check out a bit later cos of the baby.

My family and I stayed here in late September 2023; we booked the two-bedroom plus study for four nights. This place is fantastic; service was excellent, amenities were second to none, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located opposite shopping precincts and restaurants. This will be our go-to accommodation when visiting the Philippines. Love it!

Did not really stay in one of their rooms, but been there for a few events. Their function rooms are spacious and equipped with needed things for a meeting or event. Staff are always there to assist and always courteous. Food is always delicious. Downside is the location. Must end any activity and leave before 4pm to avoid heavy traffic.
