Small but good pharmacy here in Greenbelt. Pricing for drugs, both name brand and generic is good and a decent selection of hygiene products and beauty products as well. Reliable and good.

I like the size of this drugstore because it is big enough. Some of their employees too outside the pharmacy section are polite and ready to help and address your queries. However, despite the presence of some good employees are undesirable ones. Their pharmacists are a bunch of chismosas who are instead of focusing on their job at hand was instead busy talking with each other not related to the medicines they are handling but more on personal gossip while the line is piling up. I experienced this firsthand when I went to buy some medicines that need some s2 licensed prescription. I provided my 'government ID' already and one is enough already because that is what is usually required of me every time I buy my meds in all the mercury drug stores and even hospital pharmacies I buy those medicines from. I was surprised that the lady pharmacist asked me for a second government ID which was unnecessary. Is she trying to make it hard for me to get my medicine by imposing her own rules about IDs? Does she think my government ID is fake which is paranoid on her part because it's not fake and is verifiable using a mobile app? Good thing she didn't push for it because I was ready to make a scene and humiliate her if she tried to hold my meds because my life was on the line. I already gave her ALL THE REQUIREMENTS to avail of that medicine yet she seems like she was imposing extra requirements. Because of their gossiping too, they even forgot to swipe my mercury drug suki card and wasted all the points I could have gotten from a bill exceeding 1,000 pesos. They wasted those suki card points for me because they were busy gossiping with each other. By that time my blood was already boiling in anger which I was holding back and they were lucky I was only able to notice that they didn't swipe my suki card when I was already far away from the store because things could've been different if I noticed it at the store. These people have established rapport with each other by working together for a certain amount of time so that they feel they're just at home and can say or do whatever they want while at work. Customers like I am do not care what kind of rapport they have. We are transients on the establishment wishing to purchase our medicine and we're expecting them to be professionals at least during their work time. I have little patience for people who gossip at work. This is the difference between Watsons pharmacists and Mercury drugs pharmacists. Watsons pharmacists are better because they were trained not to gossip during work time and are very professional. Because of that, I will never buy medicine from this mercury drugs branch ever again. Nakakairita ang mga chismosa nilang pharmacists. There will come a time when they will meet a customer that will teach them a lesson for being unprofessional and make a major scene at the store. I was a kind customer but I can't speak for the rest.

I’m so disappointed because I can’t return or exchange a medicine even within the day. What a bad experience.
