A lot of my time is wasted just lining up to deposit. Wish they can offer seats and newspapers to clients. Also I have been a BDO client for many years (another branch, Ylaya) but never did I get any kind of Christmas gift or token. And also they charge Php 100 when you withdraw OTC from your own bank account which I think is already too much! Anyway I like the convenience of BDO since their banks have a lot of branches and ATM machines and mall branches are open on Sundays. Friendliness/ politeness of the teller, it depends on the person really. Some yes, others not.
