BPI Binan Southwoods Mall Branch

I went here to open a checking account, prior to going I called the branch for the requirements. I waited in the customer service queue for 30 minutes, which is okay. I came out after an hour with an active checking account and check book. The Branch manager Ms.Jen is so helpful and professional, I even get some investment advice and presentation while waiting for the whole process to finish. The overall experience is great! way better than I expected! Thank you BPI - Southwoods Mall

As someone who has previous customer service experiences both here in the Philippines and abroad. I must say that I had the best customer service experience in this BPI branch through Ms. Criselle, I would like to commend her for helping me out going an extra mile of helping me out. Thank you so much po Mam. Yung concern ko na inilapit ko po sa inyo kahit hindi ko na mabawi yung pera ko pero ung pina experience nyo pong pag assist sakin sobrang special po ng pakiramdam ko, to think na sobra nako exhausted both physically and mentally at that moment pero napawi nyo po un anxiety ko. Sana po lahat ng customer service ng BPI ay gaya po nyo Ms. Criselle. All the best po Mam.

This Branch is terrible. You will come here early to line up, when you go inside you will get a number from the machine. This is the most painful even if you are at number 10 it will take you 1 hour 2 hours in line to wait for your number to be called. What kind of Teller is there why is it so slow? Instead of being able to do something else in half a day, you wasted half a day waiting for your number to be called. This branch system is not good.

Cant Imagine how this branch is wasting the time of its clients. I cant Imagine opening a payroll account will take me forever. It is disgusting that given with the past review about this branch no action plan is being implemented. How I'd wish that a well known bank institution such this will do something and atleast improve their service NOT JUST IN ONE BUT ALL BRANCH. And remember TIME is IMPORTANT FOR PEOPLE LIKE US!!!

The wait time is always unacceptable. You need to plan ahead before going here. Management needs to do something about it.

Worst ever, we have to wait for a long period of time, i can understand because of the pandemic issues but we have to wait i don't know how they are doing the number scheme, people are waiting too long. I hope the Management are doing everything for the customers here in Binan Southwoods Mall. Customer Service is alao worst in the telephone there is a lot of bla bla bla and if you are transferred to the Live Customer Service so that you can talk to the line is cut off. No wonder that the review is 1.6 i hope we can give 0 for this kind of treatment to a lot of BPI customers in Biñan.

Slow service! Had only 2 counters open for deposits and withdrawals. No deposit machine, and had long lines because of the slow service.

This place is SLOW. Only 2 counters for transactions. No matter what you're there for, be it a simple withdrawal or deposit, will have you wait AT LEAST around 30 mins to around 2+ hours. Maghanda kayo ng camping gear pag pipila kayo dito.

Wait time is forever. I do not see people working faster to lessen the people on queue.
Even a senior client with a urine bag who couldn't walk well enough was made to wait outside..

The one and only ATM they have is always out of cash or broken. Never tried over the counter but based on my friend’s experience, you’ll spend atleast 1-2 hours on any over the counter transaction. Thats how ridiculously slow they are.
