Bano Beach Resort

I love the place because it's so private.its just unforgettable because we met Jen with his husband &kids and Maribel w/her bf.the place also have their own kitchen&u can cook using the utensils their. it's better if u bring ur own food to cook, coffee,bread and all down to the toiletries we need because it's far going down to the road and to the market. I love the water because it's clean&no itchy feeling on my skin. I will definitely go back there since we also have never been to other beautiful places but just stayed there and was contented 😁

This initial review is made for my visit seven years ago. I brought my family for the first time in Camotes when my grandmother from Consuelo died in June 2011. The rest of my relatives living outside Camotes also came so it was also a reunion of sort and my family together with my sister's family stayed in Palanas. The resort is perfect to escape from all the daily stress from work because not only is the place lovely and alluring, the scene is very peaceful and tranquil that you can meditate and relax your soul from all the burdens and from all the noise of the big cities. To add to that, the staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating, and they cook very very well. I've heard that there are a lot of improvements on this resort and I'll soon find out because I'll be bringing my family to Camotes again two days from now. And of course, we'll be staying in Palanas. I can't wait to do an update to this review soon and to add the most recent photos of the place.

Lovely Hotel overlooking the sea, all rooms face the sea.Staff are very friendly and helpful.Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area and private beach.

Staff are very accommodating and friendly,.. Cheap accommodation if you're on a tight budget,.. With access to Maodlong Rock Resort and has it's own pool,..

I had a good experience there... the best shakes for a beautifull beach scenery...

Лучший отель из трёх, расположенных рядом, кроме апреля и мая почти никого нет, мы были в феврале и марте почти все время,кроме субботы и воскресенья, одни в отеле и бассейн был весь наш. Вид на море с территории, только из минусов это вай фай только возле рецепшн.

Most 1 star reviews I read about this place are from foreign tourists. Well, you get what you paid for. BBR is a budget priced resort. The rooms from our stay are enough for our needs. If you would want to have a much accommodating stay, better go to the nearby resort (Mangodlong Rock Resort) or to the more expensive one (Mangodlong Paradise). It seems that this resort (if i'm not mistaken) was already abandoned and was purchased by the nearby resort since we are considered in-house guests. The pool was dirty but why bother if you can use the one from the nearby resort. What I loved about this place is the exclusivity, utilities are there and great view of the sunset atop a cliff.

Foods from the restaurant being sold are very expensive, good thing they have an open Kitchen with complete utensils. You just need to pay 100 per day, for the LPG just in case you opt in to cook.

Staff are friendly and accommodating.
No access to internet no mobile data (Smart provider)

Nice sunset views and free access to mangodlong rock resorts. 9/10 for me

I like the Quietness of the place haha.. But slow data connection and no Wi-Fi internet provider. Looking for a cheap stay this is a go to.
