Amazing place. The food is good and the people are insanely friendly. It’s quite a hidden gem. The rooms are standard, clean and the AC works.

Beautiful place to watch the sunset. Best part is the ₱30 for entrance fee. Plenty of parking space too.

This resort can be festive and private at the same time. Their beach is clean, also the mangodlong rock islet is perfect for sunset viewing.

Beautiful and peacful resort good for snorkeling. Food is also quite affordable and delicious.

Location pretty far from ferry but many places to look at along the way nice resort affordable meals definitely recommend

Captivating place even if when we visited here is having huge waves, but this place is amazing attractive. There are so much area to take a beautiful photos to remember. They have place to stay, pool, clif diving area, natural beach, octopus slides and many more.

Lovely resort. We enjoyed kayaking around and lounging in the sun. The food and shakes were wonderful. The staff were very nice and even rescued us from a massive spider. 😋

I also could not resist feeding the stray resort cats. Sorry, not sorry.

So love the place! Visited here for a swim with my colleagues and they have a very sophisticated view of the white sand beach. Delicious food as well. Data connection is slow yet they offer wifi but limited to stay-in guests only.

The place is super beautiful and very clean woth fine white sand. Entrance fee is very affordable as well. As you can see in the photos, it is a worthwhile destination to enjoy and relax in the beach with a very beautiful scenery.

the place is as good as it gets. the view of the sea is the best in the island. accommodation is a bit pricey but it's worth it. TIP: download traveloka and they will help you find the cheapest rates. the resort has their own restaurant but doesn't provide have much options, nevertheless food taste passable.

Frequently visited by foreign people. Not too far from the national road and the way there was smooth. The resort offers white sand beach, pools, food, cottages, souveneirs and rooms. Perfect for a morning walk, sun bathing and cliff diving. It has an octopus-shaped slides and cottages settled on top of a huge rock. Entrance fee is only 20 pesos.

All I can say; the place is amazing! I highly recemmended it for people who wants to go away from city and wanting to enjoy nature. It has swimming pool and the beach is clean and clear. The sunset and sunrise are both amazing. I didn't expect how beautiful and lovely the sunset was. It was amazing experience.

Recently stayed for 3days and 2 nights. Rooms were airconditioned, clean, surprisingly even when we moved the bed to the wall (we have two littles), there were no dust underneath which is common whenever we check in elsewhere. Bathroom has bidet, hot shower, signature Pinoy tabo and timba, towels were clean. There were black outs at night time but thankfully, they have a generator set that's enough to sustain the resort's ac and water heater. Pool is so-so but we're beach people so we didn't spend a lot of time there. I didn't like the public restrooms though and would not have enjoyed if we were only passing through. If you are not checked in at the resort, you can still enter at a fee.
Oops! Be careful with the sand by the beach. There were a lot of dogs and they do their business by the sand on the beach which we only discovered on our last morning there! My father gets out of the room way before the sun comes up and saw it. Huhuhu!!! The staff cleans up everyday early morning but still!

Beach is rocky and mossy. Well, it is called Rock Resort after all so what should you expect? Haha. Water is very clear and there were fishes, starfishes and the last day we were there I was able to swim with what looked like a shrimp. Lol! Sunsets are beautiful and loved spending it on the cliff. I hate the Octopus very much which was a new addition to the resort just last year? The last time my family went it wasn't there yet. Everyone else hated the octopus as it was such an eyesore! I hope they remove it soon! It also ruins the pictures. However, I noticed the resort beside it (Mangodlong Paradise)has a smaller beach front. I'd still prefer to stay here in Mangodlong Rock the next time.

Anyway, while staying here , I highly recommend going to Santiago Beach which is only one ride away (there are jeepneys for hire right outside the resort) and if you have time, go island hopping to Tuland Diot and go snorkeling aroung that island. I had one of the best snorkeling experiences here which was a tie with Palawan. Was able to swim with lots of clown fish(nemo), blue tang (dory), puffer fish, a school of swordfish, schools of different fish I do not know. There were fish jumping out of the ocean while we ride the boat as well. I hope everyone takes good care of the ocean so we can enjoy it for many more years to come.

Restaurant service is good. I don't know why they were given low rating in other reviews. We had every meal here except for the one we had at Tulang Diot and all the orders were always delicious and reasonably priced. I hope it stays that way. I couldn't post a lot of food pics as we always eat after praying, forgetting to take pictures. Had to mention my favorites though: Crispy Pata, Tinolang Native na Manok, Inihaw na Pusit, Lechon Kawali. These were my personal faves having tried a wide variety of food there.

I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back given an opportunity. I highly suggest they provide a service vehicle for check-in guests from the pier either free or at an extra fee as it was such a hassle to get here with our luggages looking for a jeep from the pier.

T'was one of the most amazing experience while staying at Camotes. The food was great for it's price, with WiFi which is pretty unusual for Camotes and the room itself is so nice, it's not noisy in the evening, unless there's also people staying over, which is not really a noise at all (lol) cause you can talk to them if you want to a peaceful night.

I was amazed by the beach. Pristine white sand, Has a giant octopus slide, cliff diving spot and picture perfect view. ( not to mention the shower P15.00 and swimming pool P100.00 because we did not use any of it ) our purpose only is to take pictures so we just payed P20.00 for the entrance fee.

Wonderful staff, clean/comfortable room and delicious, affordable food. Highly recommended for your stay on beautiful Camotes Island.

As I expected, I was a first timer in visiting the place, and surely it did not disappoint. We didnt technically stay at the plays coz we checked in with their sister resort, Santiago Bay, and you can just get in anytime at Mangodlong without any fee for as long as you present your room keys from Santiago Bay. The restaurant served good food. They just need to insure that the chicken is marinated well and served well cooked and not bloody. Other than that, all other food from the menu that we ordered were all great. And as always, everyone in Camotes are perhaps the most hospitable people in the world!
