We were on our way home from Dahilayan to South Cotabato and we dropped by a favorite restaurant in Valencia City for lunch. Beside the resto is a cafe called Totsy's , a cake and pastry shop.

As soon as we ordered our food, I went to its neighbor to check it out. The cakes looked delicious and were so inviting. So I ordered one whole choco-moist cake which, I was told by the attendant, is their best-seller. I had the cake sliced into 14 so all of us in the group can have a slice each for dessert.

The cake was yummy, indeed. Everyone in the group liked it. A bit pricey but worth it.

Nice shop interiors and ambiance. Good customer service.

Totsy’s is a great stopover along the Bukidnon highway. They offer a variety of cakes, pastries and steaks for to go as well.

Came for the cheese rolls but they were sold out for the day. Their ube ensaymada didn’t disappoint though. Iced latte was just alright.

This place has the best brewed black coffee in the city. The weekend has a cake and coffee special. I got an UBE single layer cake and coffee for 765 PHP. The business is attached to roadhouse cafe and has the same beautiful landscape full of jungle plants. I rated the personal human service as excellent. However, the coffee shop has no wifi, so it loses a star for no services. I would have stayed longer otherwise to enjoy the surroundings.

We stopped by hoping to eat at the Roadhouse but it was still closed. We went inside Totsy's instead to get some breakfast. Their bread is good. I especially love their croissant. However their prices are a bit high and I found their brewed coffee weak.

Consistently delectable cakes and pastries e g tiramiso, opera classic, pineapple cookies, assorted ensaimadas, etc.
Plus: travelers may also grab locally made frozen chorizo de Cebu, smoked bacon, steak cuts, hungarian sausage, etc.
