It was a nice experience. Affordable cottages with free use of kayaks and vests. You can bring your own food. 👍

The place was nice and we enjoyed swimming until 4 pm. You just have to bring all the necessities for a more enjoyable visit.

Going there was not that convenient, because the road is still on development.

The place and the atmosphere is great at some point in my opinion. However, we had some bad experiences while we visited there. So let me inform the future guests/clients who are planning to book a ticket ahead about the mere bad things in this resort.

First of all, to anyone who uses public bathrooms frequently, they don't have proper maintenance on their bathrooms whatsoever. Little to no water pressure at all, not to mention that all faucets are connected to hardly any bathrooms, which means that not so much water pressure will come off to any of the faucets as more people will going to use all the time. Moreover, the bathrooms are not properly renovated and not well-maintained. Walls are apparently not finished cements and no 100% privacy at all. Anyone can stalk you just right from above and through doorknob holes if they do so. Speaking of doors, they are slowly perforated and worn out. Toilets are filthy and fetid. Overall, their bathrooms apparently lacks preservation and sanitary. To the management I suppose, my suggestion is that you should first add more bathrooms. More visitors means more facilities are going to be accessible by many. Next is they should add more lavatory accessories such as shelves, soap dish mounted on walls or on a shelf and strong water pressure on showers instead of dipper/bucket tandem. Third is renovating the walls to preserve privacy and repainting it to make it look appealing to users.
Meanwhile, the bamboo jetties on the coastline are teetering especially near the swampy mangrove areas. Anyone walking on it could possibly plummet into the shallow waters and getting impaled by mangrove roots. Bamboo guardrails were not enough to prevent someone from tumbling down especially boisterous children guests running amok along the unsafe jetties. They are not build stable and it could possible harm guests walking the coastline.
Apart from that, some parts of our balsa raft we used were unsafe. The wooden floors of the mini pool were slowly breaking apart. There are also several nails we found sticking out on the wooden floors as well as barnacles sticking out on both sides of the wooden hull and buoyant barrels. Some of my family members were somewhat injured by them. Not to mention that the hammocks on the raft were too low for anyone of us to forcibly bend our knees just to sit down as it is not the height of a chair length. Their raft has the smallest change room we had ever used. In what place we would be to settle our piddle? Guess it! None. Some of us just decided to piddled in the water despite it being against the policy rules to avoid befouling the seawater. Overall, half of our experiences gone unfavorably bad. Though, we were not infuriated by it but it's just pieces of proposition we wanted to say during our arrival and departure to that place.

Nevertheless, where is the stored budget for this prospering resort in this supposedly thriving locale? Does the management prioritizes safety of their guests/clients?

Along with mine or my family's tirade of dismay, we also had the best experiences that I never encountered in other resorts. First of all, the safety guide is very engaging to each and every of us. Safety talk was very well-taught and clearly explained. Second is that most of our belongings were loaded and transferred to our raft by means of a small kayak and until it was full, we brought the rest by ourselves which is kind of convenient and relieving. Even though the weather is good in the morning, trudging along with nebulous sand and faint water is a treacherous trekked since we casually stepped on edged clamshells and serrated sea algae. Although we were okay with it.

I hope the management will take heed of my suggestions and maybe improve the resort once and for all so we can visit the place and enjoy another happy moments again.

It was fun and great adventure, but it's not advisable to bring kids. Our boat was capsized due to big waves and one of the kids of my companions' drowned. Fortunately the kid was rescued with a minute. Hopefully the kid will be okay soon.

Balsa sa Baybay, Alubijiid has been a craze for quite a while. It did live up to the expectations. You have to follow the rules in the area. They have a good parking area for vehicles with minimal fee. I really love the balsa and the bamboo bridge towards the boat area. You are safe, you must wear the life jacket. The boatmen are skilled. When the sea gets rough, be still. The boatmen are really experienced and the coast guard only let's people in the balsa until 3PM. All the balsa has a small dressing room, if you have to deal with your number two. You can have to do it to the main port area. I just have a little concen with the shower area. Though construction for improvement is on its way. Go there early, and book your balsa ahead of time.
