The guards are very accommodating. Unfortunately, the other staff are not. Some do not bother to read documents that are passed detail by detail even if everything they need to know is already provided.

We came there around 2:00 in the afternoon trying to apply for one of their services. The staff told us that the system was offline.

After going through the process, waiting, and everything, things suddenly went offline. BUT by that time they were still accepting clients. Even right after we left, they are still letting people enter, sketchy, right?

Well guess what, there are many other branches of Cebuana Lhuillier here in Pateros and even in Makati. So we went to another branch.

Cebuana Lhuillier's Comembo, Makati branch WAS BETTER! They handled their clients well and were very accommodating AND they do not say that they are offline even when they're not. They also assist you through the process and answer your queries if you have one.

It was a very disappointing experience in Pateros, B. Morcilla branch. Thanks to the Comembo, Makati branch, I have had a smooth transaction.
