Great coach and awesome place. We created an awesome circle of friends there. Not crowded at all. Highly recommended here for beginners and shy type individuals. It's my first time enrolling there. Thanks to my coach Irma.

Hindi ako nagkamali ng piniling gym. The best gym. Lalo na ang coaches very friendly and approachable also the people who goes here to workout. Wholesome people and place. Dont think twice about POUND FOR POUND PEMBO FITNESS GYM if you're looking for a gym here in pembo makati.

Mabait si Coach and new workout sets are done everyday.

Pound for Pound fitness is located in the third floor, stairs right beside robinsons easymart. Since you will be working out, just walk going to the gym, don’t drive / bring car (limited parking available) think of it as your warmup 😊

Wide space for workout and variety of equipments too. Area is not well lit, but again your purpose is to work out.

If you want to bulk up, maybe this is not for you. Not enough equipments to choose from but they have good coaches for circuit trainings.

You're good to go if you're on your own with your online workout sessions or tutorials.

Okay naman pero madumi yung gym nila. Pero yun yung motto nila dun "Train dirty."
