Good store for all your pet supplies. They have good clothes for dogs but they don't have knitted sweaters 🙁. They have food, treats, vitamins, other pet needs, and sales staffs are very helpful.

We specifically went to purchase male wraps and a lady assisted us, even looked at our dog to check for the correct sizing. Then, as we walked out and opened the diaper for immediate use, we saw female diapers. And so, we went back telling them that we specifically asked for male wraps. The woman who assisted us even gave us an attitude before giving us a refund, saying in non-verbatim "Ayoko na magtrabaho dito wala naman ako gagawin dyan." Then, rolled her eyes on my mother.

Had the WORST experience sa Shopee store nyo. I ordered a cat litter sand worth 700 pesos that I badly needed for my 6 cats, then I received a cheap shampoo!

I asked for a refund. Your staff called at 9am and mentioned they will just deliver the correct item sa bahay.

it's been hours, wala akong na tanggap na update. 2:30pm I called, nasa "break" daw yung staff so I HAD TO WAIT again.

I was also MISGENDERED by your staffs MULTIPLE times, though I made it clear to them.

Hindi pa talaga i dedeliver yung correct Items kung di ako tatawag.

I just bought 1 pack of dog pee pad (100 pcs) and I was told I have to hand carry the item because when you buy pee pads they will not provide a plastic bag. Can you imagine yourself going around uptown mall carrying a pee pad? I was so inconvenient. It was also quote heavy. How can a shop not provide a plastic bag for this.
