Lazy and slow cashiers. It says in the sign they can generate a qr code for gcash but she said you cant.

This the is worst national bookstore I have ever been to. Was told by multiple people to go to customer service for a book I was after and the counter was not manned. It took them 30 minutes to get someone and still had to line up at the cashier. Apparently no one else can hand me the book I needed. Absolutely useless. Save your time and money and go to another National. Customer Service is atrocious. WALANG KWENTA!
