No parking available. Book an appointment. If you're here for a visa/consular appointment, your journey will go something like this, first you need to have a valid appointment and confirm your identity and address using your passport and another document (you can use ARC). Then once that is they'll security check you and ask you to leave any bags you have in their secure locker. You're only allowed to bring your wallet and documents with you inside. You can bring your phone but only until the consular/visa building. After security you'll walk along a covered walkway until the end and then turn left following the signs. Enter the building and deposit your phone. Left is for consular, right for visa. Consular services are fast and if you need to affirm a document have that with you. Once you're done, exit the way you came in and collect your things. There is a covered waiting area outside. (details correct November 2019)

Contacted Embassy requiring paperwork for Marriage required last minute from Philippine local office and staff in Embassy most helpful and allowed a quick appointment to sort paperwork and called us to make sure everything was OK!! Fantastic service and sorted everything out for us without any problem!!

Booked an appointment, gave them my papers, they let me in, done with what I needed to get done in about an hour and out of there. Wish they'd have a British consulate in Cebu again, but all in all a pain free experience.
