This was my first time to buy a laptop from a non-mall vendor so I was very skeptical at first. But the reps were easy to communicate with and replied to my queries as soon as they can. My order (Legion 5 Pro) was delayed by about a week from the original ETA posted in their website but Benstore was transparent about it. My order finally arrived at their warehouse but had some "logistics" problems but the they compensated well for it. My laptop is in pristine condition. Transaction was on the hassle-free side except for the long waiting time outside their store for pick-up (waited for 2 hours outside), though they were apologetic about it. I would definitely recommend Benstore as a trusted shop.

I'm very happy with the purchase so far. (Provincial) Delivery was fast. I was able to have my unit in 2 days. The specs of the delivered item was exactly the same specifications with what was posted in their website. I'm satisfied with the responsive replies I got while ordering and doing follow-ups thru facebook messenger. Benstore is legit and has the most competitive prices. I might do a purchase again someday.

Worth the wait

Very smooth purchasing experience! This is the only legit store (physical/online) I found with a beast specs but with a cheaper competitive price. I bought my Lenovo Legion 5 with R7 5800H, 3050ti, 165hz, 16GB ram, around 70k. If I were to compare my 70k unit from their store with the other official Lenovo stores/resellers here in the Philippines, usually I would only get R7 4800H, 1660ti, 144hz, 8GB ram. That is surprising because I got better specs for a cheaper price.

The trade-offs buying to their store are:
1. They only offer 1 year store warranty (and might be hassle like mine since I'm from Pampanga) compare to official Lenovo/authorized resellers who offers 3 years warranty on any Lenovo branch nationwide.
2. I did not get the usual freebies from Lenovo (gaming mouse and backpack) however the loyalty points may compensate for this.

But overall, it's still a better deal. Huwag na kayong mag-alala, legit naman sila. Binili ko akin 7/31/21 tapos dumating 8/13/21 kasi pre-ordered so medyo napatagal.

Purchased strix G17 7945HX. Knowing that the unit is from the US ( grey unit) , I wasn't hesistant due to price and great reviews from previews customers. Definitely worth buying from them if you intend to own models not available here in PH. Item was shipped from their shop to Baguio via LBC.

Item ordered: Lenovo Legion 5 17" AMD Ryzen 5 RTX 3060 (Order Basis 10-15 days)

Waiting time: Item was received on May 4, 2022 after confirmation of payment on June 20, 2022. This is well within the expected delivery date even despite holidays and full testing of the unit being performed.

Customer service: They were very responsive throughout the whole waiting period through messenger. The staff were polite and helpful in answering all my questions whether through phone or message.

Payment: There were no problems encountered regarding payment. (bank transfer thru check)

Packaging: The item was sealed in an original box from the manufacturer with no external damage.

Pricing: Benstore also has an excellent pricing range for all of their selections. My unit in particular had the best price in Benstore among all other laptop store options I checked.

Overall: I had my apprehensions about ordering online because it was my first time. Despite this, I had a wonderful experience ordering from Benstore and my unit is in perfect working condition 1 week later. I will definitely be ordering from Benstore again in the future. Thank you!!

I was looking to buy a Dell XPS 9320 from the US / Japan, but was struggling to find a way to get it shipped to Manila. Challenges with importation of an expensive item and requiring a physical shipping address in abroad were among the challenges I couldn't solve. Then I was referred by a friend to Ben Store, after carefully researching the reviews I was convinced it was a trustworthy brand that has a reputation to protect.

So I tried out their service and purchased the unit through them, it wasn't available on hand so they had to preorder for me. Paid the 10% DP in April, and was told that the expected arrival would be in August. I am pleasantly surprised that the unit arrived to my office on May 22.
