The staff are nice and welcoming, but I am a bit disappointed tbh. The quote for my hair is different from what they told me online. When I arrive for the appointment I was charged more than I expected. Good thing I was able to provide cash for the additional fee. The color didn't turn out the way I wanted it to be. Resulting a blonde gray hair instead of the so called milk tea hair. The package suppose to come along with a hair treatment (?) and a haircut but I didnt get to avail. For the price, I should've just went to the first salon I inquired to with same package but with brazillian blow out some more, but instead I chose this cause I thought it is a bit cheaper due to the quote they gave me. End up paying more. Lol The back of my shirt got destroyed and my left ear got burnt due to the bleach, only to notice when I got home. I suggest they should have the protective wrap like other salon have. Anyway thanks.

My first 1-2 visits were great, worth the price. However since a change of staff, services have been declining and unsatisfactory— especially since my last visit when I had my hair colored and left the salon with stain on my shirt. Stylist took phot and video, so he definitely saw the obvious stains on my back, but did not say anything or apologize. I asked for ash brown hair, but left with brassy dark brown hair.

After 3-4 unsuccessful calls within 1 week to make an appt for gel extensions (the girl was absent practically aĺl week and no one could tell me why or when she would be back) the girl finally texted and booked for sunday. Sunday came and she texted that an emergency had come up . Ok fine so next week nlang daw. Suppose to go today but she is not at the spa. Its a good thing i called! I just wonder if the owner is aware of this inefficiency and unprofessionalism? Very frustrating its like ako pa humahabol sa kanila. Oh well maybe they dont want my business. Fine with me 😑
