Millennium Plaza

Millennium Plaza Residences has got to be one of the best places to live in Makati. The management has changed recently so finally the building is getting the much needed love it deserves. The old slow lifts are being ripped out and replaced with high-tech modern versions. Each floor is being repainted & refurbished. I think the building's going to be as good as new by the end of this year. I love love love the location being in the heart of the city. I can walk pretty much anywhere I want like Ayala Triangle, Greenbelt Chapel, Landmark. There's a large shopping mall moments away with my favorite masarap restaurants and shops. The swimming pool was closed in Millennium Plaza a long time ago but something even better came along. As now there's a new 5-star hotel opposite our building with a monthly pass to use their stunning outdoor infinity swimming pool, their super modern gym, fast wifi, and a ton of other luxuries for only about ₱3k/month. How incredible is that?!! Who needs your own swimming pool & gym when you have access to these 5-star amenities! Millennium Plaza is finally turning the corner and modernizing. I'm so happy I bought here recently as unit prices will inevitably skyrocket.

Millennium Plaza it was a hotel pre-pandemic. Now transformed into condominium units owned by private individuals, the place has its pros and cons. Inya, the manager, is helpful in connecting potential buyers and renters. Some units are for sale due to owners relocating abroad.

However, the diversity in unit sizes and styles can be both a plus and a minus. Each owner's renovations have resulted in distinct room types. There used to be a pool and jacuzzi, but unfortunately, they're no longer functional. If you're considering a stay or purchase, contact Inya for details.
