Everything was perfect. It is a basic facility. But our room had perfect cleanliness and there was nothing broken. WiFi also worked well. AC was strong. I was able to use "hot" shower. There were plenty of wall plugs. Staff paid attention to all details to make sure our experience of staying here was perfect. A very Impressive place! This hotel is conveniently located near the town center, about 300 meters from the Jeepney terminal point where there are many shops and restaurants. There are sevevral restaurants right by this hotel as well.

We received the nicest welcome out of all the hostels that we stayed in! The staff is incredibly nice and wants to help you as much as possible. They do not have right yet to book trips to the volcano but they tried to help anyway giving recommendations. Boats start very close from the hostel. There are a catholic church, coffee shop, several restaurants, 7-11 and local market (open also in the night) nearby. Good connection with Tanauan and Tagaytay. The only minus was Wifi which was not very strong but they were already going to have it replaced.

Oyo 120 Balai Sofia gave us a relaxing and awesome stay. We were there for 2 nights. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. All the things we need for a good stay come in handy. The staff provided all that we need and assisted us cheerfully. The strong wifi also served us so well.
I surely recommend this place to all travellers.

So far this is the best hotel in the Philippines for me. Helpful and friendly staff, good price, new and clean room.

Recommend stop over for travellers looking for a room where you can rest.The location has a gas station, car wash, convenience store, atm and a number of affordable restaurants
