On my latest domestic journey, I had the delightful opportunity to experience the Mabuhay Lounge at NAIA Terminal 2. Let's dive straight in – the menu. It's like a beloved classic song that's just waiting for a remix. A menu overhaul could turn this lounge from a comfy pit stop to a culinary destination. Imagine the thrill of discovering new flavors while cherishing the familiar ones!

Now, onto the star of the show – the lugaw. This rice porridge is the comforting embrace we all crave, but guess what could take it to superstar status? Chicharon! The crispy, divine addition that could transform this simple dish into a flavor fiesta. It's like adding a surprise fireworks finale to an already great performance.

And the servers, oh the servers! They're the unsung heroes here. A few more smiles from them would be like a sprinkle of sunshine on a cloudy day. In a place bustling with travelers, their smiles could be the spark that lights up the room, much like a surprise upgrade to first class.

In a nutshell, the Mabuhay Lounge is like that cozy corner in your home you can't help but love. With just a little twist here and there – a dash of culinary adventure and a sprinkle of joyous smiles – it could very well become the highlight of every domestic flight!

Food options were sufficient for snacks. I like their dessert options. They also had beer tap. Although seats can be improved (looked and feel not that premium), their food is way better than other lounges. Php1500 per person fee

It was timely we were able to get good seats because the lounge is usually full. Although the food served is the same, I still look forward to it, especially the arrozcaldo and the mini sandwiches. It makes me feel the provincial ambiance even though it is served in a modernized room.

Its a simple lounge but it does its job. Much better then some European airlines lounges in EU. Thank you I had a great time.

It tries to do the best it can given covid19 circumstances. What I love most in this lounge is the service of the staff. Still very accommodating, very clean and good food served still 💖🇵🇭

Not very crowded now. Maybe later. Simple snack for all. The mouth wash is a welcome treat for weary face mask wearer.

Mabuhay! Welcome to Philippine Airlines Mabuhay Lounge. Being an elite member of the Airline and frequent flyer. The access to this first class lounge is given to all its Elite Members and Business Class passengers. An array of different foods hospitalized by filipino taste buds. A relaxing ambiance while waiting for your flight is an experience.

Well off course, their arozcaldo is the best and the area is very pleasing and cozy.

The Mabuhay Lounge in NAIA terminal 2 is small, but the lounge is well maintained and staff are very friendly.

The food selection is also very good. Mostly catered to asian food.

The restroom should have been a little bigger.

They do not announce boarding already, but instead they put a big monitor.

I still prefer boarding announcements

Totally more space to stay and accommodating staff!

Excellent, attentive, friendly service. Decent breakfast assortment. Plenty of beverage options, and CNN, whether you want it or not. Definitely worth the upgrade, especially if you're planning to check (multiple) bags

Much better than expected: in terms of both food and service! Roxane in particular was ultra helpful and went out of her way to help my son retrieve an item he left on the airplane.
