I'M Onsen Spa

My go to place to relax after stressful week. The place is clean and well maintained. The massage room smells really good and relaxing. Most importantly, their therapist are very professional and well trained. They know the spots to massage even without you telling them.

I tried the sauna, steam, and onsen. The place was secured and private so you don’t have to worry. Cellphones are not allowed in the area, they provided a locker for belongings. When I stayed at the hotel, they gave me a complimentary 10-minute back massage. It was great! I will definitely go back and try the whole spa experience.

I am beyond satisfied with my experience in Onsen spa. I would rate them 1000/10 for their service. I love the ambiance, a quiet place where you can really relax. Kudos also to their receptionist (Anica) for giving me a warm greetings and for providing exceptional service during my stay.

I treated myself to the gold mask facial massage at the onsen spa, and it was worth every penny. The therapist's skilled hands worked magic on my skin, massaging away stress and promoting circulation. The gold mask itself was a decadent touch, leaving my complexion feeling rejuvenated and luminous. I left the spa feeling like a million bucks, with skin that looked and felt refreshed and revitalized. It's definitely become a regular part of my self-care routine.

I had the Onsen Trilogy for my birthday. It was such an amazing experience. Felt like i had the SPA for my own. So the timing for the customers are great. First warm pool and sauna, the therapist guided me very well and the massage was nice. Inlcuded a teabath and bodyscrub… wow! The tea in the restaurant and georgeous sweets & snacks made my day. Perfect was the lovely shooting in those fantastic location. Yess, recommended!

My fiancé and I got massages here and they were the best ever! I had Gie and his masseuse was Ann. We would both request our masseuses again and return this spa. It was truly a wonderful experience and best massages ever! 🤩

Fantastic encounter! I will tell my friends about this place. The therapists and receptionists are all amiable and understanding. Miss Demmie’s expertise and thorough product knowledge caught my attention as well! Good job to this nice receptionist. Not even five stars will do.

I live near the vicinity of makati for past 5 years, and it was my 1st time staying here to treat my parents for a spa massage and a staycation to give relaxation for them since they are old already. I am happy to see my parents enjoying the buffet dinner. They admire the massage service, Such a kind lobby girl, treated us with so much care. I will bring them here again, that's a promise.

The atmosphere of the Onsen Spa was incredibly serene, with traditional Japanese decor adding to the authenticity of the experience. We all enjoyed soaking in the rejuvenating hot springs, which were both relaxing and invigorating.

The Lobby of the spa has a couch with magazines you can read, the calmness of the place is beyond what I expected for a spa. I like how the smell was not too strong, it's very soft in the smell and cozy.

Wonderful and attentive staff from front to end. The onsen could be hotter, but the ambience and the treatments are great.

Good job to the team behind this spa. i love how the receptionists suggested the right treatment for me., the therapist also did a great job and the facilities were top notch! I wish i bookd an earlier slot so i could have enjoyed the facilities longer.

I can't recommend the onsen spa at this hotel enough for stress relief. The calming atmosphere, luxurious amenities, and expert staff created a haven where I could relax and unwind completely. It was the perfect way to recharge both body and mind.

We upgraded to a couple spa suite with modern looking jacuzzi. We experienced different facial treatment that did not cost us too much. leaving this im hotel with a different smile on our face. 🥰

One of our picked locations for my bestie’s bachelorette day. We all had an amazing experience. We were greeted and each of us filled out a questionnaire form about our health,skin and massage level. We were served water and tea while we waited for our service. Then each of us was paired with a massager. First we had to pick up our kimono robes. We were handed a wrist band that had our locker number which was also the locker key 🔑. Within the locker room is where the onsen and steam room is located. Just like in Japan you do have to be fully naked to get into the onsen. Afterwards we had 30 min foot massage.. which was great..Then we each were taken to the massaging room level where we were all put into our own rooms separated by curtains. OMG! The massage was the most relaxing massage I have ever had. Usually I would have painful massages done to the point that I can’t even relax. But this place right here! It was Uh-mazing! The buffet at the end was the also sooo good! I highly highly recommend heading out here! Make it a couples date, celebrate a birthday here or just go! It’s totally worth it when in Makati!
