BDO SM City Sucat B Branch

一般的にBDOの対応は良くないですね。
両家の子女が多く働いているからなのでしょうか。

My prev acct closed by system for using my maintaining balance due to an emergency. Tried to open a new SINCE I HAVE A HOMELOAN AUTO DEBIT but Ms. Abby is unable to help me with my concern. Tried to raise to manager but they did not bother to call back. Submitted all docs and ids needed. I have 2 cc with bdo and a homeloan and they cannot help me open a savings so I CAN PAY THEM MY LOAN. Never thought doing business with a bank can be this frustrating. Worst branch. They NEVER find ways.

They tell me i need ACR Card to open a account. After i get it and pay for it more then 8000 peso, the bank/branch told me "no sorry we dont accept". You kidding me??? A branch full of non professionals. Avoid to go there very worst branch!!!

My customer experience here is definitely the worst in comparison to other BDO branches or bank per se.
Their personne asked me 3x why I am opening an account on their branch instead of the ones near my location (with a condescending voice)!
And they do not what they are doing at all!!!!!
Hate this branch and will never come back here!

Super slow bdo branch ever!!! Worst service

worst and slowest bdo branch i’ve encounter! they have teller from 1-10 but too slow to act! papahabain muna nila yung pila hanggang labas bago sila magtawag..nauuna yung chismisan ng mga teller! everyday ganyan ang scenario..jusko! buti pa ibang bdo branch alam nila yung ginagawa nila at mabibilis kumilos..walang sayang na oras..

Walang kwenta ang bdo sa sm sucat building a dumating ako ng 1pm mag 4pm na wala padin akowalang kwentang bangko
Napakabagal ng numbers nyo tapos may nauuna pa sa pila sayang angboras na tinambay ko sa bdo ilang oras awit sa inyo sa ibang branch naman dii gentong kataga,llll,............

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! ANG MGA TELLER SA MARKETING PURO DALDALAN NAPAKABAGAL KUMILOS..HELLO??!!! MAHALAGA PO ORAS NAMIN WAG NYO SINASAYANG!!
