What a fantastic hotel! Check in was so easy, the hotel is beautiful and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My travel companions noticed that there was a few items left in the fridge when we checked in and it was removed immediately with a sincere apology from the manager. Plus they sent us up a fruit tray, a dessert plate and arranged some cute “animal” towels for our inconvenience. I personally have NEVER gotten that kind of service before!! Hands down the hotel is a must book! The rooms are very clean, well maintained and the room with the king bed and bunk beds upstairs was unique and spacious. I will stay here again. Definitely!!!

Mella hotel has been our home when visiting my in-laws. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Service and food is also great. The facilities are clean and my kids really like to swim in their pool.

Great location for airports! Used as one night stayover to fly to islands. Very clean & friendly. Big room & staff happy to book taxis at local rate.
Live music on a Friday night & big food menu.

Great value for money! I enjoyed mella hotel during my first stay. My second stay was BETTER! I want to commend the assistant, Abie Delos Reyes. He is very hands-on. He makes sure that everything is in order. He made us feel very comfortable and at home. He makes me want to live here!

This 'newish' 5 y.o.hotel is highly commendable. It is not a big hotel thus one can enjoy the peace and quiet most nights, no queueing and no crowds. The location is great with easy, close amenities - drugstore, restos, fast food, church and grab. The staff from the entrance to room cleaners are courteous, accommodating, friendly and helpful.The decor & colour scheme and ambience of the ground floor particularly the lobby is super, awesome. I enjoyed the Filipino cuisine breakfast buffet, reasonable variety every 2 or 3 days, except there's no choice for the hot drink - only plain coffee. Room is clean. Needs attention and long term fixing 319: the aircon drain pipe was leaking at the bathroom door.

Every thing is great except the slow service in Veranda Restaurant last night. The cocktails were served after almost 20 minutes 30 minutes for the Quesadilla. Anyways, we don't want to spoil the night so we asked for the check and just buy beers from outside.

All in all I love Mella Hotel, my family loves it as well. We will come back definitely. Kudos to Zhia and Jhirson (out wait staff during breakfast) loveable person. Same with the cashier and the rest of the morning Staffs

The hotel is near the airport, which makes it a good place to rest after a long flight. The place was neat, and the staff were very approachable.

Attended a seminar with breakfast and lunch... downside is that they serve the pasta cold as breakfast and no dessert spoon for buco pandan that is placed in a small glass.

This place's interior decor is gorgeous. The warm atmosphere, included breakfast, and pool make it well worth the price. My family and I are soon to travel here.

The staff at the hotel was extremely welcoming and accommodating. They had excellent customer service and responded promptly to any requests or issues.The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Staff are really professional

Mella Hotel is a cozy and comfortable accommodation in the south of Metro Manila. We stayed to rest and this was the nearest place. Though with the same price, you can find a better place around Pasay but if you are too time constrained and unwilling to drive further then this

Value for money. They asked for a room deposit upon check in, I think 5000 per room or something. I don't remember the exact amount. The hotel allowed us to do a late checkout since our flight was at the latter part of the day. The kids loved the pool. I thought it was gonna be a buffet breakfast but instead it was plated. Nevertheless, it was great. They also served welcome drinks and happy hour made my husband extremely happy 😁. The place was also close to a few restaurants so my family and I were able to just walk, stroll and have dinner elsewhere.

I love the interior design of this place. With the cozy ambiance and free breakfast, plus the pool, it’s worth every penny. I’m planning to come back here with my fiancé soon.

Great Staycation place. With a spa which delivers great massage and a delictable buffet breakfast. Service are great and they have a pool for the kids.
