I've tried Highlands Coffee before in Hanoi 🇻🇳 and in 2 other branches in the Philippines (both pre and post Covid) so no question about the quality, taste and pricing. It was just unfortunate that this branch did not have covers for their hot drinks; I'm sure there could have been a work around instead of recommending cold drinks instead. I still had the hot drinks and walked around Ayala Ave very slowly all for the love of Vietnamese coffee.

The service staff is super rude.

I experienced this many times but today is the worst. Apr 10, 8PM.

I know u are busy but you pretend like i am not there.

I was waiting for almost 30 minutes without even being asked what to order or tell me to wait.

The service staff's attitude is to keep customers waiting for a long time, to make drinks for a long time without saying a word to the customer, to ask for less ice and then give them more ice.

everyday we bought coffee from here coffee shop, day by day become worst, if u buy a one cup of coffee here u will get so many ice in the cup and the coffee is still like half of cup
