Affordable goods

Very strict...Which is good. If you arrive with any type of bag, cap they will ask you to leave it on the front and will give you a number so you can retrieve your items when you leave the premise. You must also present your receipt to the security in front to confirm everything in bag was bought not stolen. Many types of lowlives frequent this place........

Please check your receipt before leaving. I experienced 1 time and first time to buy grocery here. Cashier not able to use the barcode scanner so she manually typed it and was encoded wrong product code. I used to purchase soap case but it was priced 89. So, I checked on the Monitor, soap case is not on the list instead it was replaced by another product.

Bought 2 packs of Monde Mamon - strawberry and discovered the 2nd pack was already expired since 2019. Unfortunately 1 pack was consumed by my kids. I returned the item to be replaced but the supervisor who handled my concern was arrogant and rude who even tried to deny that I bought the items from them. Poor customer service aside from the fact that they sold me expired item.

I was about to buy a pack of cigar and the guard approached me rally rude to remobe my cap, i followed but he demand to put my cap to the baggage counter. When i asked for reason he just shouted at me and cursed me. Even tje supervisor was arrogant that he joined the guard to use profound words and curses. We went to the brgy and did our complaints. . Customer service ZERO

Always check the expiration date specially if you are going to buy in this shop. My 4-yo kid choose this drink, Nacheck ko lang yung expiration date nung nag aayos nako ng groceries namen. Malapit lang ako sa CNS like 10-minute walk lang so I came back to ask assistance hindi naman ako naiinis nung una gusto ko lang sana palitan nla or even an apology because what if my kid drink it? Ede hospital ang bagsak namen tpos kahit sorry wala man lang. They are rude enough to say na "imposible po kse 2019 pa yan" bat prang kasalanan ko pa. I have the receipt na wala pang isang oras nung bmlik ako they've checked the CCTV pero after waiting bmlik sila to tell me na "ayaw po kase imposible daw po na galing dto". 🥲

Walang tiwala sa mga customer nila. Lahat ng nasa katawan mo ipahuhubad even your jacket🙄🙄
