Not 24 hours open. Should change the signage to avoid misleading people. Also, they said they open at 5am but we had to wait a couple of minutes past 5am before a staff arrived

Arrived at 10:50pm yesterday and staff told us that they're only open until 11pm. They told us that Robinsons Otis would not allow them to operate 24/7 and that there's a penalty if they operate past 11pm. All their pubs and even on their door says "Open 24/7 to members". We're thinking the penalty or extra fees make sense because duh, you're going to be open 24 hours. But it seems like they're just using the AF brand but not really following what is being marketed na ANYTIME dapat open. Why would you franchise an AF gym if you can't pay the fees for extension of your operating hours? We ended up going to another AF gym instead. What a scam!!

They announced effective March 1 that will be opened by 5am.
Not sure what happened. I arrived here today, March 8th, 5AM. Per guard on duty, I am not allowed yet to get up since the staff/s are not around yet.
Time check:5:21AM, still no staff, am waiting on the ground/lobby. Thankfully thr guard on duty offered me a chair while waiting. He said the staff usually come in before 6am.
Time check: 5:30am, still no sign of staff. Still not permitted to go up.
Time Check 5:40am, I give up. Horrible waiting time. Went home and told the guard that I will leave feedback.
Big lie with the opening time. 👎🏻
