Their staff are nice. Ms Belle is very nice and polite. I applied Korean Travel Visa with them, the liaison officer knows the required documents, just that they needed to update some new policy by the Embassy. Which is normal, cos the embassy changes all the time. Baron staff are transparent when it comes to giving updates on the procedure.
Communication are good, not super fast but well enough. They appear to be a big agency company, meaning you don’t directly deal with the liaison officer who check your documents, but you talk to the customer care officer. (Other agencies I’ve been to only have like less than 10 employees).
Baron delivered their promised. I made sure that they need to submit my documents on the exact date because I need the visa soon, and they did exactly what the said they would do.
So, I will come back here next time. And will recommend them to our friends.

nice outing about 1.5 hour to the countryside from manila, we got a delicious lunch (tried first time kare-kare) with the amazing view of the volcano lake from tagaytay. The visit to Gourmet Farms and their natural production methods surely worth the trip alone, lucky to try their coffee and juice. dont forget to taste local pinapple around. Thanks also to the guide Troy, always kind and friendly, and all the staff that promptly assisted me when in need (l misplaced my passport along the trip).

Our driver is on time and our tour guide was so friendly. We've had a good time while on tour to Puerto Princesa Underground River., 😄

Booked a tour of the city & intramuros with tour guide troy. I can highly recommend it. Troy is an absolutely lovely person who’s willing to anwser all your questions and help incorporate requests or spend more time in certain areas. Went on a tour to Tagaytay, Talisay, and the Taal Volcano hiking tour of the volcano. Our guide Rolando Javelona gave us so much information. The tour started in Makati City and then to Talisay where we boarded boats to take us to the volcano hike. Views were fantastic and we all learned so much about the local culture, customs, and sights we saw. On the way back we had a delicious lunch waiting for us. The experience was something I wont forget - it was absolutely enchanting, very spectacular scenery. To others that travel to Manila on business - do yourself a favor and get out of your hotel for a day of sightseeing if you have the time - you wont regret it and you wont forget it. You can book these tours directly from most hotels in Makati City.

Thanks to our guide Rolando Javelona for amazing experience and Tagaytay tour. He did his job very professionaly and we all had a great time today.
