CLN Celine - SM City Manila

CLN is one of my favorites especially when I need to buy my shoes and bag's, I highly recommend this shop when it comes of buying shoes and bag for any occasion like wedding's and christening.☺ The place is great!!! I wanna buy another pairs of my stellito , see again CLN for my next purchase ♥ and super very accommodating employees mababait sila and Syempre what I like most is yung ambiance ng store nila pagpasok mo pa lng nakangiti na yung pa welcome nila sayo, dika talaga ma hesitate na hindi pumasok😁😁,oh diba pack ganern...

Some of the items weren't available especially the sandals

In my recent visit to the CLN store at SM City Manila, I found the staff to be consistently unapproachable and intimidating. Unfortunately, their demeanor created an uncomfortable shopping environment. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue for a more pleasant customer experience. The staff were all gathered in a corner, just laughing and talking. Moreover, they looked at customers as if they were judging their status.

During my interaction with a staff member, I asked about the availability of a specific size for the sandals I was looking for. The lady I approached seemed uninterested, and although she confirmed that there was no available size, I couldn't be certain, as the overall lack of interest from all staff members made the situation unclear.

First ever branch na walang nag aassist. I saw customers checking bags and shoes but then all the staff ay titignan ka lang walang mag aassist sayo.. tatanungin mo tatarayan ka pa. I love CLN but this branch is horrible and its only 2 to 3 in the afternoon.
