Ciudad Medical Zamboanga

This hospital is an expensive one with quality service. Once you are admitted (at this time of pandemic), you will be required to take PCR swabtest and will be isolated good for 2 to 3 days (together with your watcher), and wait for the result. If you get the negative result, you will be transferred to a private ward room. If you are positive, then both of you with your watcher will be isolated furthermore.

FOOD: Based on my experience, they have a hospital restaurant or cafeteria inside where you can order and serve it next to your door. Food is not really that tasty.

ROOM: the rooms are fully air-conditioned, 3 trash bins, a TV, private restrooms, long bench for the watcher, and fridge.

Outpatient waiting area was clean and not as crowded as one would expect. Doctor who attended to my needs really took their time to explain my concern. Felt comforted and not rushed.

Need to add more cashier.. queing for the payment takes longer

I do like this hospital... Because I been admitted here and had been operated the Doctors, Nurses and staffs are very good...

Clean and easy to navigate. Staffs are also helpful.

Nice hospital

I delivered in September 2023 in CMZ. I’m not from Zamboanga City so I’m not sure kung ito yung best hospital around the city pero I’m happy and satisfied with their services from E.R to Labor and Delivery hangang sa ward ay they provided good quality of care naman sa akin. Although luma ang room na pinagstayan ko (gusto ko sana ng magandang room pero hindi available that time) malinis naman ang room at may admission kit din na kasama. Mababait ang mga staff at hindi din ganun ka pricey kahit painless pa ako during delivery compared sa Manila na halos aabot ka ng 60-100k dito sa Ciudad almost 35k lang less philhealth ang bill ko kaya thumbs up to CMZ.
