I would definitely stay at this hotel again the staff and service here was excellent! Myself being disabled they were very helpful and watch out for my needs in particular there's a guy named Robert who took very good care of me throughout the hotel whenever I needed a wheelchair he was there for me! Thanks Robert you're a very valuable employee for this hotel!

We have a residence Building nearby Zamboanga Garden Hotel and everytime friends or relatives come over we recommend and booked then In Garden hotel as the place location is very secured, Service is excellent and rooms always spic and span. Sometimes I stay with friends in the hotel.

This is an excellent hotel located in close proximity to the Zamboanga International Airport. It boasts spacious and immaculate facilities, along with a wide range of amenities that cater to every need. Security measures are also top-notch, with CCTV cameras and a visible presence of security personnel such as police and coast guards. However, it would be appreciated if the staff could be more friendly and attentive towards their guests by smiling more often.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful and luxurious Garden Orchid Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning architecture and impeccable attention to detail. The lobby was spacious and inviting, with high ceilings and comfortable seating areas.

The hotel is very accessible. It is very near the airport, KCC Mall and barter. They have accommodating staff, the rooms are clean and the food and drinks are reasonably priced. Their Lobby Bar is a must try! Their cocktail drinks are very affordable, almost half of the price in Manila.

Beautiful place with wide variety of food to choose from. They have also a very good customer service. I'd love staying here it makes my stress gets away.

I can't believe this such amazing hotels, from the rooms up to the staff you can really say that all of them are well mannered and disciplined. Good for visitors since its nearby in the airport.

A good place to stay and to unwind there's a nearby mall and other places to go with friends a great place to stay to relax and to celebrate a small occasion

We stayed here when visiting family in Isabela. The place is a nice venue for events, and the rooms are very comfortable.

Walking distance to Zamboanga International airport..

Probably the best hotel in Zamboanga. The room we stayed in was overlooking their pool (which I also enjoyed). It's not the most affordable hotel in the area but for all its amenities, it's actually not that expensive. Also, it's almost next door to the airport (literally 3 minutes away!). Here are the Pros and Cons of our Garden Orchid Hotel experience:

Pros
1. Room service was very efficient and their staff were all very polite and helpful. Hats off to them.
2. Pretty good room size and amenities as expected for a hotel like this. And like I said, I love the view of the pool!
3. Breakfast buffet was nice... lots of choices. I have a photo of the food for this review.

Cons
1. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. Going to the hotel, the service was punctual and efficient. However, going to the airport was a disaster. Even though we informed them about availing the shuttle service the night before for our flight the next day, we weren't able to get a ride to the airport. We had to wait at the lobby for what seemed like an hour and continually follow up the service but in the end, we didn't get any, so we resorted to hailing a tricycle and loading our huge luggage on our laps to get to our flight on time.
2. We had an event in the hotel so our sponsor availed of a function room. However, the hotel reassigned the room to the adjoined newly constructed wing. We've no qualms about that, but they did not inform us about it! So yeah, we and our guests spent some time getting lost. Yikes!
