Another tourist spot that my wife and sister-in-law took me. Muslin area of unique items imported- Malaysia/ Indonesia. No worries to shop very friendly people and some do speak English well. If some don’t understand they will ask another to help translate. They have traditional/ wedding attire, T-shirts to offer and sizes. I’m a 2XL and got a 5XL and fits well, especially their size is smaller than the US. They have noodle, soups, chocolates and many other item. Plenty of souvenirs.

Pasalubong shopping spree that your eyes will be delightful to see every items that you would want to buy it all (if only we could, right?)! This popular landmark barter trade is Llocated in Brgy. Camino Nuevo.

The best place where you can shop, hawk and haggle your buys in the city. Hone your bartering and negotiating skills to the next level and bring home some goodies for pasalubong back in your town. They have everything you can ask for. Just dont expect a house and lot.

This is the place to go if you're looking to buy souvenir items crafted in Zamboanga City. There are a lot of things that you can buy here, whether it's for personal or "pasalubong" for your loved ones back home. From clothes to accessories, coffee, chocolates and many other goods that came from the neighbor country, Indonesia. Personally, here is where I buy colorful "Malong" which I gave my Mom, Aunts, and my Wife, and they loved it, bigtime! Only about 10 - 15 minutes away from Zamboanga Airport on a tricycle.

What do you get here?
All things representing the Latin city of the Philippines - so say "Buenas!" and "Gracias" everytime.
Check out the scarves (which is also used as Hijab for our Muslim sisters here), and the.sales person could give a tuyorial on how to wear it!
I bought scarves, "Malong", bags, cloth, kids dress, pamaypay, and other items as pasalubong and home decor.
Bags could cause around 200 to 450 depending on the size.
Malong around 300, comes in medium and large sizes. I would really suggest you get yourselves a malong, as it is very useful when traveling. (Used as a skirt, dress, towel, cover up, bag, beachmat, sunshade ✔ almost anything.
There are also imported food stuff wuth all the spice, coffee, candies and other "miracle" food (you would know when in Barter) For 4,000 php shopping haul, I was smiling from ear to ear.
Stop by the Canelar Baryer Trade center, you'll be amazed at the items you will see.
Shout out to Faisah's store, because I left my mobile phone on top of the stacks of Malong, and they found it. 😘

One can not leave Zamboanga without buying pasalubong here! From batiks to bulad to instant noodles to wafer chocolates!

Your heart will pound in excitement as you browse through the many stores and joints of this place. Beware of the saleslady tho, they could be intimidating at times, just don't let them bother you. Shop at your own pace.
