1. During booking, the one replying seems lost (talked about a proposal but never replied back) when we trying to book a for a dental cleaning.
2. When I arrived, asked me to wait outside for a long time and was told the machine was broken. Why was I not informed early via text and when as soon as arrived?
3. I was phoned after few days at 7pm to go the next day without even apologising for the late call nor asking for availability.

Very poor customer service. I don’t recommend this place.
