BPI Zamboanga Main Branch

Nice place and great service. It takes time to be served because of numerous security levels to protect customers information. Still a great bank with great level of security

BPI is one of the oldest banks in Asia, and this branch is the second oldest branch established in 1912 and occupies the original site and renovated building. Zamboanga city was flattened by the Americans during the Second World War.

Nice and tidy but the service is slow poke.

CALLING THE ATTENTION OF BPI HEAD OFFICE AND CONCERNED CORPORATE CENTER IN MINDANAO

I courteously inquired from the very friendly Bank Teller (BT) if my friend and I can visit the Museum on the 2nd floor of the building. The BT said very politely that she will ask permission from the Branch Manager (BM). BT came back saying that BM told her that the PUBLIC was NOT allowed on the museum. So I inquired further on what we need to do so we can visit the museum, however BT was adamant this time that it was NOT possible as per BM instruction.

While I understand that it is a privately-owned museum, I'm just wondering if the general public is really NOT allowed inside such privately-owned premises. So what would be the use of having a museum if it cannot be accessed or to say the least appreciated by interested well-meaning individuals???

And I don't want to sound like a braggart, but being a Preferred Client (which I told the BT earlier), I was hoping for a reasonable answer, however none was given.

As my experience may staff Bank Teller dyan hindi approachable, at yun galit ang mukha, mataray Yun saan pwede mg tanong regarding concerns sa BPI nasa 3 ata ang pwesto Kung hindi ko pa tinawagan ang BPI ng Manila wala pa mg assisst..kaya next time please naman always be kind to your customer at hindi namimili based sa panglabas anyo..hindi tulad BPI staff ng Manila ang bait lahat ng concerns mo sinasagot ng maayos at walang . BAD experience of BPI Main Branch-Zamboanga at yun Bank Teller dyan maiksi ang buhok na may highlight gray hindi pa approachable at mataray mabait lang kapag andyan ang head at katabi niya head nila.
