UNTIL WHAT TIME OPEN ANG BRANCH?

We arrived at 1:46pm. Our ticket number was M3023. We were only served at 3:30pm. We were served at the 2nd floor but the tellers would serve anyone who approached regardless if they had a ticket number or not. There was no clear line. There was no order and the bank manager did nothing to ease the line or manage her staff. The employees in this branch are rude, they raise their voice at customers and they are the most unprofessional employees we have ever experienced. It does not look like they are happy or motivated to do their jobs. We only wanted to open a single ATM account but it took several hours for such a simple transaction.

they don't accept cents! i try to deposit cents to other bdo branches here in antipolo but they accept it only M. l Quezon branch didn't! such a bad experience!

BDO services are top notch but the staff in this branch especially at the marketing department was not, napakasungit, can’t even answer the question properly without raising her voice, hindi ata natrain on how to handle customers. Mas approachable ang staff sa may BDO Plaza😡🙄

This specific branch is unprofessional in the way it handles it’s clients. Customer service is nonexistant. Need another BDO Branch? just go down the road a little more towards antipolo Church. I don’t even blame the employees though, it’s the management. Just horrible.

Dito ko napatunayan na MAPANGMATA ang mga BDO employees. Masama ugali at kulang sa training. Worst BDO branch ever

YES! I visited them and applied for a secured credit card (meaning maglalagay ako ng deposit) at etong mga mga teller and marketing nila, parang ayaw pa ako payagan apply kesyo nakita nila na mababa ang average montly cash ko sa account ko. Di nila alam tinanggal ko pera ko because of their issue ng hacking, kaya ibang bank ako nag sasave.

And isa pa, they don't even provide any leadtime sa kanilang transaction.

Kitang kita din talaga na mapanget service sa specific branch na ito, ni wala nga sila award na nakadisplay at plaque.

I'm about to decide to close my BDO account because of this poor customer service from this branch. I have BPI Savings and Metrobank Checking account naman to use.

Nagwithdraw kami nitong sat lang nadebit pera namin sa atm pero walang lumabas na cash at resibo.
