very accommodating, tour packages available, Dubai Visa processing is very fast, reliable and with little requirements needed.

Vehicles are great, drivers are courteous, but there customer service needs some work. Took them 2 days to answer gmail and chat questions.

Very helpful as long as they make money! After we paid - no responses, no documents! Overpriced. The most ridicolous agency we have ever experienced all around the world - this being managing director of a business partner of them!

Booked a car to pick me up from the airport due landing in manila at 3am. Waited till 4am and the driver didn't show! My return booking was for 10am, assuming that it wasn't going to show again, I booked alternative transport. I get a call from my hotel at 10.55 to say my driver was there to collect me! I would have been late for my flight! I have messaged the company wanting a full refund with no response!

I DO NOT LIKE THEIR POOR SERVICE, BEST TO GO DIRECTLY TO EMBASSY....NOT RECOMMENDED FOR URGENT PROCESSING!
