I finally got to try this place and it's worth it. The staff are helpful and very friendly. We got to chat with some of them when they were not busy. Staff will always check that no phones are used in the lockers area which is a plus for me since some of the customers walk around naked. It helps give peace of mind in not covering yourself up. The food is okay too. I will definitely come back here for the hot bath pools and kilns. They definitely did wonders to the skin.

The experience was superb!!!

We enjoyed ALL amenities the place could offer.

We especially enjoyed and LOVED the massage. The therapist were good and mindful of the time.

My PT was dew minutes late but we finished past 1hr. So still, not bad.

They offer hot tea after the massage as well.

I just wished they have more food and drinks to offer. Especially the liquor. hahahah

The staffs are very accommodating and nice. Since this was our first time, they really helped us around.

Will definitely go back!!

2nd time to go here. Staff are very nice and the place is clean as usual.

Massage - 4/5 it was good but not as great as my first time.
Sleeping area - 3.5/5 only one aircon is working in the sleeping area so it's quite war.
Couple sleeping area - 4.5/5 this is a new addition to the place. Mats only, no lazyboys
Food - 4/5 expensive but yummy. I liked the cheesy tteokbokki very much
Kilns - 5/5 wish I had more time
Jacuzzi area - 4.5/5 clean as usual, everything you need is there. I was able to have the place almost all to myself hehe

I’ve been here 3x with different set of friends. Recommended for groups who wanted to spend time together without going through the hassles of malls and traffic.

Sauna, Massage, and Food are great!

"The Best Spa and Massage Experience."

I finally found the right Spa that I'ved been looking for the long time. I am very satisfied with the overall experience in this place.

What I liked?
1. Quality massage service. The only massage that I feel very satisfied.

2. Very reasonable price. You get 12 hrs stay and usage of all facilities plus a body massage.

3. Jacuzzi area, Sauna bath area are clean.

4. Korean style Spa.

5. There are places you can sleep and watch netflix plus a charging station.

What I don't like?

1. Parking is very limited and narrow.

There were 3 of us who availed the Lasema Package Php 1,688 (12-hours) we went on a weekend and we’re there at 10 in the morning.

We checked in and got our bracelet that has our locker keys, which is important not to lose bec there’ll be a fine of Php 2,000 if you lose it.

We were given our tshirt and shorts and 2 face towels and a plastic bag to store our shoes. Shoes/slippers aren’t allowed in the locker area.

The staff were friendly and would keep reminding us that cellphones are not allowed in the locker and shower/soak pool area and that if we were caught with a camera, there will be a penalty of Php 10,000. We were also oriented here that shower/pools are strictly naked areas.

There were no excuse even if you brought a kid with you, they have to be naked too as to maintain hygiene e in their pools.

The foreigners that were there which were Chinese, Indians & caucasians, there were also really young Koreans and really old ladies including Pinays, women with bodies of all sizes who didn’t mind & doesn’t care, so me and my companions didn’t mind as well. Wala naman pakielamaban and of course, we made sure to not stare at anyone, out of respect. You have to keep an open mind here and you’re all girls anyway. It’s the exact reason why phones aren’t allowed inside this area and which has a big penalty if caught.

There was one lady who was caught holding her phone inside the locker and the staff had firmly asked her to show her gallery.

So inside the soaking pools, there are diff hot pools and 1 ice pool. The hot pools had diff temperatures and different types (there’s lemon, ginseng, green tea & 2 or 3 more) & there’s a steam sauna in the shower area too. All the strictly naked area is in the same floor 2nd floor. The spa reception is at 2F too.

After transferring from the hot pools to the ice pool, we felt super relaxed, then tried the steam sauna which we only lasted 5 mins bec it’s super hot. We took a shower then proceeded to the 3rd floor to take a nap.

Btw, we explored the diff floors and ate at the 3rd floor first immediately after changing into our pink shirts and shorts. After eating, that’s when we went to l the shower/pool area.

We slept for about 1+ hour then tried the diff kilns (saunas) at the 3rd floor. There you will sauna rooms with diff temperature and themes, there’s an amethyst room, salt room, oak room etc and all smell really good. Tho sometimes you smell some sweat too if there are other people with you inside the kilns 😅

There’s a max # of persons in every kiln and you have to observe it/wait for your turn.

The prices of the snacks at the 3F (common area) are a little pricey but pretty convenient since you no longer need to leave the place. We were hoping to eat at the Korean resto at the GF but you can’t go out once you’re in, unless you’re about to leave the spa.

We then had a massage which I enjoyed but my 2 companions didn’t. They assign a masseuse and you can only hope to be assigned one that is a really good in their profession (swertehan din).

Overall, it’s a great experience that you’ll never forget esp if it’s your first time to go skinny soaking in hot pools.

I would say it’s worth it and would really maximize 12 hours should I decide to visit again. And I would visit on a weekday to avoid the crowd. The common area was almost packed at 7pm there were even groups that are celebrating some occasions and were shouting.

That’s when we left.

I notice that my elbow callous disappeared few days after our visit to Lasema spa. I do some workout that involve planking so I get elbow callous 😅 and was surprised it smooth and felt that it was gone probably bec of all the hot pool soaking.

Definitely a must try and a must include in your ocassional regimen when seeking to destress!

If you’re worried about getting naked, I’d say worry instead about amazing stuff that you’d miss out if you’d pass on this experience just bec you worry abt what other people will think of your body! No one’s perfect after all!😊

I hope they open a branch in the south!!!

We enjoyed the experience and although it was our first time to visit the spa, the staff are very helpful that we didn’t seem to be so clueless and that we were comfortable immediately. Each kiln is an experience on its own and the wet sauna is definitely a must try, very relaxing. We also enjoyed the food at the snack bar. I recommend visiting the spa to my friends and family. The Lasema Spa should be the first stop for anyone from a colder country abroad and is visiting the PH for holidays, I acclimated to the heat of PH immediately 😂

Third time to visit here but first time to try 12 hour spa- morning until evening relaxation. I usually go there after work and spent whole night relaxing (dipping in different sauna- lemon, green tea/jasmine, roboois, cold pool, also tried the steam and every kiln and of course the sleeping room was good too 😊). I really like going here especially when I need sometime alone and need to quiet my mind and boost my endorphins. Can't wait for my next visit. 😍

New Lasema Spa has easily became a habit when I’m in Metro Manila. I’ve never been to an authentic Korean one so I don’t have a reference what counts as authentic. I love this spa anyway mainly because of the variety of hot tubs (with labels of their benefits). Massage is greatttt! I love the food. Next time I visit, I will try their karaoke.

I became a regular here, facilities are well maintained and the staff are friendly as well. I love the wet areas as I always stay quite long there especially when I have body aches and it eases up. The food there are quite pricey though and I wish there would be more selection.

Better to visit during weekdays as it can be a bit crowded on the sleeping areas.

I also Loved the staff, ate Jocelyn in the ladies room, and my masseus as well. First time to come here. goodness 🤗❤ great stuff, great staff, they follow all the protocols for COVID 19, spacious and comfortable! Clean. Please research on onsens or Korean spa and saunas before coming to know how the Jacuzzis and saunas go. If you would not want to follow the whole undress all there are plenty of hot and cold saunas too.

It's not only a place for relaxation but also a good place if you want to soul-search. When you're in the wet sauna area phones are not allowed and people tend to stay quiet. So it's a good opportunity to just be left with your own mind while being soaked into a hot infused water.

At first, it could be daunting to be naked in front of strangers but you'll get used to it overtime. For me, it's a freeing experience to not care over what other people think. I suggest that you look inwards and reflect while you inhale the steam in sauna.

I also like the Korean food experience in the common area. It's not outstanding but good enough to satisfy your hunger. It's a huge plus that they have a good wifi in there so that you can work if needed.

There are a ton of place to sleep, relax and be lost in your thoughts. There's a smoking area for those who smoke and a small gym if you don't want to miss your workout day. There's a KTV, although I never tried it. Their massage service is also decent.

All in all, this is a must experience place where you can escape the stressess of your life for 12 hours. I don't go with friends when I'm here so that I could meditate and just focus on introspection.

My 2nd jimjilbang experience first was in SK 3 years ago. We came here to get a massage and relaxed and we got that. We paid for the Lasema package 12 hr stay, 1 hr massage and use of all amenities. Good service though a bit pricey compared to the rate in SK. We were offered couple massage room but another 500pesos so we opted out. We stayed from 1045 to 430 and was able to get lunch at King Jjampong in the 1st floor wearing our sauna clothes coz we don't want to pay another hundred for new set of clothes.
What I appreciated is how the staff were so attentive and friendly when they find guests needing help.
And what I liked more is when my boyfriend left his JBL earbuds in the locker, we realized when we were home already I called and they acted on it right away. They found the earbuds and I told them it would be expensive to go there plus the Saturday traffix and pick it up so we agreed on getting a grab express to send it here. Thank you Ms Diane C for the help.

Full Korean Spa Experience (Like in Kdrama)

We had wonderful and unique kind of experience in this Korean spa. We started around 3-4pm and there a lot of people (different nationality) but the crowd is tolerable. They gave us pink shirt, pink short, towels, 'watch' and a key to use while inside the facility. Then, we left our things in the locker. First, we tried their different kind of steam saunas with different temperature and benefits. We enjoyed each of them. It felt that I was getting rid of my toxins in my body. We also had the chance to enjoy different Kiln. Each room felt as if I have done something good for my body. We also had Korean massage which I rarely avail in my life (since I don't feel I need it) but availing it here for a full Korean experience. The whole body massage needs to be scheduled at the moment we avail their package. Good thing we had it. My friend loved it since she like it hard. At the end of it, they gave us paper for feedback and for tip for as low as P100. They also gave us refreshment which felt good after massage. Afterwards, we felt hungry so we tried their Korean menu and most of them are grocery type of food. Still, they were good. Lastly, we tried the jacuzzi, the most liberating place I have been to so far. It was around 9pm when people are almost gone or done for the day so the timing was good for my first try. It was a new experience but I had fun.

This experience is fun and something I could do again, alone or with loved ones. It is a good treat for my hardwork for the past week or for life motivation in the future. Definitely, it is also good Korean experience while in the Philippines. 🇵🇭🇰🇷

The best way to relieve stress, relax and pamper yourself the South Korean way. You can choose on massage package (with or without sauna); jjimjilbang package (sauna/entertainment) and Lasema package (massage/sauna/entertainment and more. Lasema imposes strict house rules against using your cellphone or recording videos in the locker and sauna room. Violators have to pay P10,000 fine and are banned in the facility. Customers are required to get naked in the wet sauna area. The personnels are helpful guide for first timers. Sadly, no body scrub service available when I visited. Use of cellphones are allowed in the 3rd floor area where the snack bar and entertainment nooks are located also in the 4th floor, the sleeping area. Boiled ramyeon here costs P150 and drink P50 up. No soju though, but they serve San Mig light in can and coffee. Better visit during morning of weekdays for lesser price and less customers.

The whole place was relaxing. They have everything covered, from fragrance and music to the very reliable and friendly service. The fee is worth the experience. The rooms are clean and they regularly sanitize everything. Staying there for 12 hours seems like a long time but once you're inside, you will definitely understand the appeal of going thru the saunas, eating, and sleeping.
