Finally got it because they’re always closed due pandemic safety precautions and been waiting since December, thank you BPI 😊

Thank you for the fast and efficient service.

Accommodating staff, slow pace.

- minimum 3-hr waiting time for customer service
- rude security guard (surname starts with V)
- attentive and pleasing csr, explained issue well

Poor Service.. service is too slow in this branch.. it makes you wait for 2 hours just for claiming your ATM Card..

Horrible experience when you wait for their customer service. I am Writing this because I am the number 18th on queue but I am still outside waiting for almost 2 hours already. I'm on the 3rd outside when I came, and after almost 2 hours, I'm still the second. What a Horrible service. Ambagal.

I had to wait for more than 2 hours just to make over-the-counter payment unfortunately di na pala pwede mag otc sa BPI AIA.

The service is too slow even there are only few people. Then they priority the person that has a money. Inshort this branch is bias.

I keep on calling contact number of this branch many times but no answering, so upset especially when you really need assistance for important matters.

I try to call many time, no one answer my call. Im not in the PH.for i call for the very important matter but sad to say they all busy.

Poor customer service. Sobrang tagal bago ka makapasok kahit over-the-counter transaction lang. Tapos may inuuna pa silang iba. Napakatagal ng service, sa ibang branch naman hindi ganiyan.
