Beautiful place. High ceilings, well lit, really nice staff from the guards until the baristas, everyone was just so courteous and accommodating. The library was exactly what you'd expect- quiet, well lit, cozy. Great combination with the coffee they offer if you really like the quiet library vibe. If quiet bothers you though, their outside seating is also quite good- it's elevated from the street so you get a generally safe and relaxing experience.

Coffee is not bad at least for the mocha. Not fantastic but not bad. The ambiance and staff definitely makes the trip worth it.

Rich in history and heritage is this place, the cafe is located in Ramon Magsaysay Center in Roxas Blvd. It’s a place for peace and quiet and marvel at the books and stories the bldg and architecture behind it. Nice concept for a coffee shop don’t you think

I'm not sure of the low ranking at all. The food and coffee are quite nice at reasonable price and it is probably the only few that serve pour over specialty coffee in this area. The food option is quite varied with both hot and cold, savoury and sweet options. The interior was really nice and cosy as well while outdoor seatings accommodate up to 6 tables.

And it's located right by the bay! Soak in that peaceful wind and fresh air on a quiet holiday morning and that's my perfect start to the day.

Enjoyed my visit, came here hungry at 3pm, satisfied with both food and drinks, would come back here because I really loved the silence.

We ordered:
Spanish latte
Salted Caramel frappe
Chori rice
Grilled cheese

The seating is ideal for studying since it resembles a cubicle style, providing a good level of privacy. The lighting is also suitable for reading. The staff were courteous and friendly, and the drinks were amazing. However, seating is limited, so it's a bit of a gamble to find a seat when you go there.

A good place where reading and drinking meet. If you enjoy coffee, you too can have a bottle of San Mig Light! Enjoy reading...drinking too...

My new favorite place around the corner 💓 I love the ambiance and the decent environment. Their red velvet cake is not that sweet which I like very much! ☕

Limited seats indoor, plenty seats outside. The Spanish latte was a little sweet for my liking. Tried the pistachio sansrival which was good 🫶 Ambiance was nice, perfect for work/study.

food is good , coffee is nice but a little pricey. It feels hot on the al fresco dining. only 3 tables are air conditioned.

EKS Friendly 🛴
They allowed me to roll it into and park it in the al fresco open area which is closed off from the outside, right behind the guard that watches the CCTVs

Ordered the Beef Salpicao and an Iced Spanish Latte and took the only non-reserved nook inside the cafe that is available to non-RMF foundation members

(You can't go into the cafe's library area without being a Ramon Magsaysay Foundation member)

Soft opening when we were there. Indoor space is cramped. Alfresco dining is nice. Servers and staff are well-versed.

The place was interesting as it was located in a very unexpected spot. We sat outside because our furbaby was with us.
Food was expensive, and taste was okay-ish. Beverage was average.
I got their Cobb Salad for takeaway, but it was not what I expected. But their staff were amazing.
Can’t say I will return though.

Small cafe as the larger interior space is not always open. Lots of outside seating. Ordered tapa. It tastes like adobo.
