Very accommodating shop! Opened the store at 7PM bec I was only in Manila for the day and he accommodated me!

Answered all my questions about Tannus and I ended up getting the airless tires. I’ve adjusted to it and today was able to ride 68kms without any problems.

Got my Air Seat installed at Philip Bike Shop at the Break Free pop-up event in Capitol Commons. Air Seat is made from hi-quality light weight aluminun and stainless steel designed to give 360° full floating seat suspension. Its an add-on suspension system where you need not change your existing saddle and seat post.

Just had to give a big thumbs up to the folks at Philip Bicycle Shop! I recently snagged some fenders for my bike online, and let me tell you, this shop is a gem.

Right from the get-go, their crew was on point. They weren't your typical "buy now" type – more like having a friendly chat with a buddy who knows their bikes. They really wanted to get what I needed, not just what they had.

What really blew me away was when they suggested they'd try out the fenders on one of their bikes to make sure it's the right fit. I mean, seriously? That's some next-level customer care. They wanted to make sure it's spot-on before sending it my way.

Philip is very accommodating when i change my tires to airless tannus. Also very responsive on messenger. About my tannus airless tires on my road bike, I'm not yet done on break-in rides but I really felt the rolling resistance. But as you ride along, it becomes lesser & lesser resistance. My estimate would be around 150km to 300km ride to feel the normal ride in comparison with the traditional pneumatic tires. You can take this also as a training. Overall, I'm very satisfied customer.
