Meron parking this building for cars and motorcycles . at may daanan for pwd person, and very responsive si kuya guard sa mga clients especially for senior. bago pumasok need body temperatures and always wear face mask and face shield and observe the 1 meter distances kung papasok sa building need muna kumuha ng number for transaction. and that's it for my review hope nakatulong ako sainyo. Godbless everyone.

Super accommodating ng mga staff! Ang bilis lang rin namin and we went there ng Wednesday. Friendly sila and nagawan ng paraan yung issue namin sa cheque. Maliit ang parking lot, tho. Pero other than that, we had a great experience

Slow moving queue, under a tent outside the bank. Definitely not comfortable. An industrial fan would have been helpful.

Bakit walang sumasagot nang phone i try 10 times

I'm just going to withdraw my money and claim my debit card because they texted me that it is ready. Parking is full so I waited in my car for 20 minutes. But when a parked car left, the guard blocked the parking with their Reserved signage and asked me to park down at the entrance of a subdivision even though he saw me waiting there for 20 minutes (inconsiderate). I said I'm just going to withdraw my money and it won't take long. He said if the reserve visitor arrived he's going to ask me to go. So I said sure. While my name is in queue, I stayed near the doorway so I can immediately get into my car if he ask me to go. So I'm done with my transactions, but there's no reserve visitor yet. I'm not sure if this guard is power tripping and picking who he wants to park. But even though this guard doesn't respect bank customers, I still thank him for letting me park there. The guard is discriminating, but the bank clerk is nice and assisted me politely. If not for that polite clerk, this would be 1 star. A lot of low ratings for this branch, it seems they need to train their employees.

Just like any establishments in the Philippines, this bank does not have any regards on people's time. I had to wait for 1 hour OUTSIDE before getting inside the branch. Once inside the branch, you still have to wait for your name to be called because they only have 3 clients services open and 2 tellers for deposits. So it took me more than 2 hours only to speak with someone.

It's already 2024 and it's incredibly ridiculous how people still have to fall in line only to deposit money. Self-serve machines should be available and more branches should be accessible for clients so that we are all not wasting our time only to do bank transactions. We are so far behind other banks across Southeast Asia.

If you have the time, by all means, but if not, then prepare to spend half a day of your life waiting in line only to get served. What's new, though? That is the Philippines for you.

Absolute WASTE of your life. Waited for almost an hour only to find out their system was down so transactions can’t be processed. Even with the UnionBank App Branch Visit, NO ONE cared to inform the clients until you reach the counter. Why do that? No one cared.

The employee DESSA was so dissapointing..

Worst parking experience. Slow transaction for documents.

If there is a negative 1 I will gladly award it to them. Bad service, no parking area, no waiting area and very clear no plan for the line.

I think there was an issue with their landline. It's always busy.
