Parking space is very limited. Transaction speed is acceptable takes around 2 hours opening an account. Sidewalk parking causes traffic in the most busiest time.

I am rating the ATM service here. There are 2 available machines outside. There is CCTV cameras and guard only during the day. The location is sketchy since you could be victimized by riding in tandem. The police station is about 500 meters but it is on the other side of the street and there is an island in the highway so criminals could get away quickly.

Only withdraw during the day.

I called the office and spoke with Joan.
She's not even answering my queries and in a hurry to put the phone down. Very bad CS.
Not everybody knows the banking system and she's not helpful at all.

Oct 2. After several visits nothing has improved. A simple pick up for an ATM took us roughly 2 hours! And this is Best Bank for CSR (customer service) 2022????? What a joke!

Horrible service like with any BPI branch. We got in 3rd in line. Took 1 hour get assisted. Another 1 hour to complete a simple wire transaction. What a joke!

I've faced consistently slow service in my three visits to this branch this year. Today, I stayed from 2:00 pm until closing, enduring lengthy waits with a single queue. The situation becomes more frustrating when a senior citizen arrives, as they are given priority, further delaying my turn. I hope for improved efficiency in the future.

Very very poor service! Just for a certificate it will took you almost 2 hours of just waiting! Some employees have spending more time on their cellphones. 🤮

Too 3 hrs just to get bank certification. More cell phone time than service to clients. Thank you for the best customer service
