Walang pila. Mabilis sila process ng transaction and friendly ang mga nasa counter.

No long queues usually. Still accepts transactions beyond 6PM. BUT there was one time that it closed before 7PM.

Takes over an hour just for deposits.

Update: Since the ticket system started queues dwindled, most of the time, there is only one person on the counter. Therefore, you still need to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour just for a single transaction.

I don't know if it's the same to other BDO branch but I'm disappointed na yung Deposit machine nasa loob ng mismong BDO, I'm having a hard time to deposit kasi I experince na lagpas na ng 10 di pa sila open and di ako maka pag deposit, sana nasa labas yung machine
