I had a checkup for my clogged ears. They don't disappoint, they have the tools and the expertise for it.

The staffs are very generous, accommodating and considerate. I really have a bad sore throat and I am bound to Tawitawi (Layover in Zambo) that day. So I decided to look for a ENT clinic. Here I found Dr. Cases'. There was a queue in line when I got there and I only have 1hr left before my plane depart. So I talked to the staffs if I could take a chance to see Dr. Cases'. I was overwhelmed because they allowed to be first in line. I'm so grateful that even I am just a visitor in the city, they treated me as if I am from here. Thank you so much Dr. Paul Cases and staffs! 😍

As per our recent visit to the clinic, it was a bit crowded. However, being a senior we did not wait that much long. Staffs on the front desk were very accomodating and courteous. Services is fair enough.
However, in getting an appointment someone may find it difficult sometimes as no one is answering the calls. I suggest it will be better if they can reintroduce the online procedure in requesting for an appointment.
Taking photos and videos inside the clinic is strictly prohibited.

1,600 pesos fee for a rushed consultation. Di ko man lang nalaman kung bakit nainfect daw ilong ko.
