We camped here. The nights are special. You can see the stars if it's not cloudy. Not just any stars but a lot of it. I bet you can see the Milky Way. The mornings are also breathtaking.

I recommend going with good camping equipment and a warm sets of clothes.
I definitely want to go back with better equipment

One of Cebu's top trekking adventure. Unique Rock/Mountain formations with beautiful view overlooking the town of Badian.
Applicable for all ages (physically fit). The terrain is relatively easy and only a few kilometer to the top.

very short hike with guide, takes about 15 minutes one way there, the view is absolutely insane and in my opinion it’s better to do it as a sunset hike than a sunrise hike as u can catch golden hour on the way up and it’s warmer

The place was amazing
The view was epic
You can looking out to the chocolate small mountains and you can view the small island both in Badian Island and Pescador Island from afar
Tour guide was so friendly and they are good in taking photos and of course giving a tour guude fee is a must you pay like 100php for the guide and 50 pesos for the entrance.
Camping is availbale a bit lower side of the osmena peak after 5pm.
Day visit is until 5pm only.
The rock formation of the osmeña peak was totally nice it gives more perfect view on your instagrammable pics.
Be careful when you stand up to get a photos because its so windy and rocks was a bit sliding.
You must follow the guidelines and ask on your tour guide for does and don't.
Highly recommended if you love into an outdoors.

worth the sweat and breathtaking! it has a nice view on top of the mountain. it's so breezy and cozy. liked the view! perfect for couples, families and friends! ❤ i suggest to go up there somehow kinda gloomy sky so it wont be very hot and would have a cool walk/hike. but if you really prefer to loose weight and to be very sweaty, i would say, you should go for a very sunny day! ahaha. you can bring foods so you can eat up there while resting after a 15-20mins hike. while on the road, you can take pictures already. it was nice to be with a tour guide, they know the angles and views for taking pictures. they suggest poses. they're good to be with. there are sari-sari stores along the way. there are some selling vegetables as well.

It's 1,013 meters above sea level and the highest peak on the island of Cebu. Loved the experience. Mountain ridges are stunning. I could sit on the peak for hours and just enjoy the view.

The scenery was absolutely breathtaking although we went midday. We intended to catch the sunrise, but aborted the idea ivo wet weather which would make the ascend quite dangerous - be it by scooter / van or hiking.

There are local guides that will provide a short tour up the peak and are extremely warm and helpful. They are spontaneous and take the best pictures as well, apart from their deep knowledge of the place. They accept tips which we were glad to give.

Truly a remarkable sight that is worth the detour for!

Good for family hiking, just make sure to bring water during the hike. The air at the peak is very relaxing.

Short hike up to a pretty viewpoint. A local guide is required upon entry.

Go here early in the morning and on a weekday to avoid crowds. 15-30 minute walk (depends on your speed and energy) up to the peak. There is a store where you can sit and relax for a while.

The view is majestic. So worth it.

We arrived at the junction around 1 pm and had our lunch at a carenderia in the area. We then booked a "habal-habal" motorcycle driver and it took us around 1 hour to reach our destination(The road is paved so no need to worry of any accidents and our driver is extra careful, so yeah no harm got in our way😉). We then started our climb around 2 to 3 pm in the afternoon and it was amazing. The sun is up which is perfect for us to take our pictures and the breeze was amazing, it was so cold but in a good way. The trail is not dangerous, in fact it was an easy one. I myself is not athletic and I made it, there were even oldies that made the climb so I'm sure everyone can make it. You can also camp in the area and see the sun set and rise if you want, just ask the local guides for fees. Overall we had an amazing experience and we would definitely go back soon 😊.

The view was magnificent not until heavy rain came and fog covered the view. Still it was breathtaking to be on the highest part of Cebu Island 😍
✔ Not so risky trail, good for beginners like me
✔ Entrance fee is P30, guides are available at P150 per group
✔ Parking area is available on the foot of the trail
✅ No food stalls around the area
✅ Weather can change instantly at anytime

The hike itself took us around 10minutes, nothing death-defying, just normal stone steps almost the entire way. The view itself was pretty decent, cool rock formations and there were several spots which are incredibly photo-friendly.
A guide will accompany you while you're there, and they'll happily help you take all the photos you want.

If you want to be with nature and forget your urban life even for a while, this place is the answer. Fresh air. Green scenery. Bountiful agricultural products. Nice locals. Pollution and noise free. Perfect place for meditation. A friendly reminder, be sure to BRING your coats if you plan to stay overnight using your tents. Be sure also that your tents are waterproof because even if it is not raining you will be wet. Why? Discover it yourself. So grab your backpack and forget the city life for a while.

Such a nice place for trekking and camping, with a beautiful view that looks like a chocolate hills in bohol. Best time to come here is to catch the sunset and if you stay overnight to catch the sunrise. But in our case it was so foggy on that time so we didn't get a chance to see the sunrise, it was still fun though. You can check my YouTube channel (wena_wander) to see the view and learn some tips or know how much we spend on that trip there.

Imagine reaching the highest peak of Cebu in a 30min hike! Stunning view, fee is 30php per head, free parking just donate whatever amount. Bringing your own transportation is a must. Difficult roads before reaching the parking area of the peak, then just hike 30mins then you can reach the top summit. Bring a jacket because it will be chilly up.

Very nice view, you didn’t expect that when going to Cebu. Btw here the things to know:

- there are entrance fees (50) and compulsory guide (100)

- there is only 15m walk, it is quite easy

- if you go on your own, take the road from Badian. The road closer to Moalboal is impractical without a cross.

I loved the view. Went there during the holy week so it was kinda crowded. Just be careful when you reach the peak because it only has small space. It was a friendly hike, though the trails had smooth small stones on which you can slip if you're not wearing the right footwear.

Osmeña peak is a good option for family and friends looking for a half day adventure. The place is accessible to all kinds of vehicles. Public transportation is also available.

The site has a trail and the hike is relatively easy. You don’t need special tools to enjoy this place. Photography enthusiasts will definitely enjoy the place. And also, this site offers a good view of a geological event transpired decades ago — you’ll see the fault line!

Best viewed early morning or late afternoon.
