Not worth even 1 star poor customer service. All the branch officers don’t care about their customer they like to loudly chat to each other. At tinatarayan maigi mga customer lalo na kung need ng help for inquiry or whatever!! Don’t come here in PNB Tanza Annie’s Bldg!

1. Hindi nag-aassist sa parking ang guard lalo na at hi-way.
2. Gusto ko lang naman ideposit ang mga coins ko na nasa alkansya mismo sa account ko. Mataray ang teller sa pag explain na dapat nasa plastic. Wala ba silang taga bilang ng coins? Pero pag bills meron?

Hindi approachable mga staff. Tama nga ibang mga reviews na nabasa ko.
