Takes an hour to get to the 3rd number in the queue. Customer service reps are just sitting and talking without customers. Not very efficient service. 😔

I went there for a transaction and the queue was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! It took me more than 3 HOURS for me to get my turn. (I am not exaggerating)...Very understaffed. There was a poster inside that says "We value your time"...well, i think they do not. Customers wasted hours in the queue. I think this is the only branch in Imus. Security Bank needs to add more branches in Imus area and they need to improve customer service. It is a pity to see those other customers on the queue who are a bit older (not yet senior) because they have to spend hours there.

Almost 3 Operational tellers on a Monday? Waited an hour to payBills dahil sa offline yung Biller nila. Worst!

Poor customer service. Nobody is answering the phone. Tellers are not also friendly. They would even question you why do you want to widthraw your money. If I can give -0 rating, then I would. You guys have to be compassionate this time, we're calling you prior to visiting the branch because we don't want to waste our effort and we observe our safety too.😫

I wish I can give this establishment a 0 star instead.
I am a person with disability. And I have been treated harshly and unfairly by the security personnel at this branch, causing very traumatic experience that I no longer want to ever go back to this bank.
I have explained so many times that I am a pwd, and showed my ID, I have been clinically diagnosed of psycho social anxiety and depression. Loud and sudden movements makes me anxious and hyperventilate. That's why I have to wear noise cancelling headphones when in closed establishment to help me get acclimated in my surroundings. However the security personnel are not even compassionate and shrug me off.

Please know. I am not asking for special treatment, you can even treat me like a wallflower, that's more I like. But the constant harassment and hounding from the security, made me have panic attacks.

I was the worst day of my life. I never wanted to.get out of the house for several weeks because of it.
