Slooow customer service.

Guards are somewhat rude when being asked about the queue. The waiting area is so hot especially during summer. The line and wait time is so longggg! I’ve waited more than 2 hours outside!!

Worst bank service ever. Waited in line for more than two hours but still failed to pick up my ATM card. They should create a more efficient system so as not to waste the customers time.

worst woman customer service, pinabalik-balik ako dahil sa requirements at ang haba2x ng pila., nang macomply ko na lahat ng requirements ayaw pa din e update ang address ko sa account, kasi daw dapat naka position sa huli ang pangalan sa brgy clearance, yong taga brgy ang nag type non at wala namang wrong spelling sa pangalan ko. Pwede mo naman e verify sa manga ID's ko at sa manga account ko mismo kong nag tutugma ba.,malaking abala at inconvenience talaga,.naturingan na customer service kayo., sana as much as possible po matulungan at masolve nyo ang inquiry or concern nang manga customer ninyo, hindi yong may kunting discrepancy lang ay hindi nyo hahanapan ng paraan or e coconsider man lang.,

Napakabagal nang transaction. Tapos daming requirements kahit may endorsement nang company.
