Celebrated my daughter's late birthday dinner there.
I've had my fair share of carrot cakes, but none of them compare to the one I recently tried at La Preciosa. This cake is simply delectable.

The cake itself has a very nice texture and fluffy, with a perfect balance of sweetness and spice. The carrots are shredded just right, adding a subtle crunch and earthiness to the flavor. The spices are also perfectly balanced, with a hint of cinnamon, nutmeg, and lots of nuts ( I sense walnuts and almonds) that warms the palate without being overpowering.

Very nice and cozy restaurant. They serve authentic Ilocos cuisine. First time to have eaten Pinakbet with tomato sauce and bagnet. Very tasty. Will eat here again.

We have many orders but all were delivered after 25 minutes. Classy ambiance and accomodating staff. Viands tasted good but servings were less so it is a bit pricey.

MY GOD! Their carrot cake was phenomenal! Excellemt service, and although it takes time for them to prepare big orders, their food made the wait worth it. They are generous for veggie ulams and rice. The restaurant was clean and has the maaliwalas ambiance. Will go back 😭

One of the best places to eat in Laoag. A Must Go To place for everyone especially the first-time Laoag visitors. Ambience is soothing and relaxing and food here is really good! From mains to desserts!
Taste is exquisite and staff are very friendly (though they were a bit understaffed when we visited), but they were always smiling and jolly!

During our visit in February 2020, the restaurant offered an extensive menu that features the local cuisine and other Filipino fare. Make sure to wrap your dining experience by indulging on their cakes and pastries.

BIG servings but affordable prices. Their carrot cake is unique and a must try. Place is cozy as well perfect for a candle light dinner.

Good atmosphere, food and place.

The food was good and the service was exceptional. My dad asked for extra vegetables in his ginataang gulay and they made it for him. Our second time, my dad asked for outside food be heated so we can eat them there too, and they let us. The gata for their ginataang dishes were a bit salty and the pukipuki dish was not really my favorite but everything else made up for those little flaws. We will come back if we visit Laoag again.

Love their cakes! Place is very cozy and some parts are really quiet, great for catching up with friends.

Food is good. They have several dining areas if you want to dine privately with family a d friends.

Authentic Ilocano dishes and delicacies. I love their crispy kangkong and longganis. Best paired with melon shake - all their shakes are really good. Try their carrot cake as well. A bit difficult to get a table by 12pm and 7pm onwards due to its popularity.

Food here is delicious. I enjoyed eating here though it kinda takes a while for orders to be serve due to many people going here but it's worth it. They are also selling cakes here and other Ilocandia products. 😊

Best Crispy Dinuguan and Carrot Cake.

The place where you'll find the best carrot cake in town. The service may be slow because your food will only be cooked once ordered. But you will soon forget all your waiting time once you tasted their offerings. Truly, it is worth the wait.
