Amazing hotel, great views, food is good but servers where overwhelmed by the amount of guests. But most of them where very kind and made up for the delays.

No one spoke English at the resort, so he became our Advocate and Friend. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming. The highlight of our trip was the Don Grimaldo Mud Baths. Miguel’s interpretation gave us so much knowledge our experience was spectacular. That, I’d love to do again. My recommendation to the Resort would be to provide fresh bottled water, without charge, for Guests who can not drink tap water.

Loved the hotel, rooms, pool, attention and activities! My only suggestion would be to improve the restaurant options, they only offered a meat based buffet with no room for vegetarian/vegan options. When we talked to the restaurant manager about it, they only gave us a 10 pen discount.

This spa is what dreams are made of. The massages are to die for. Very neat. The treatments are worthy of the cost. So so good. Can’t wait to come again.

I went here with my girlfriend on a Tuesday-Friday in November 2018. We were blown away by how nice this place was. You can see all the other resorts on the lake during the boat tour and this was by far the most beautiful. The first 2 days of the week were pretty quiet and we felt like we had the place all to ourselves. They have jet skis, kayaks, peddle boats, boat tour, horse back riding, a sauna, pool, gym, and a mud bath tour(I didn’t attend).

The staff were all helpful and friendly. The food was unbelievably delicious. Some of the best food I’ve had in Peru during my 2 vacations there.

The resort had 4 horses which added a friendly touch. You can feed them if you like, which we did. There are lots of frogs that come out at night, along with the usual insects. I don’t mind them; in fact I enjoyed some night time strolls. There are lots of bug zappers to keep away the mosquitoes.

I already miss it and will probably go back some day. The room was very nice as well, and clean, with a sliding door that leads out to a patio to relax.

When u feel stressed and want a place with your loved once to hang out so must recommended place nice pool and spa and food is also up to the mark .
