콜카캐년투어 했는데 약속시간도 잘 지키고 좋았습니다~ 점심은 가서 사먹을수는 없는 곳이어서, 싸가던가 그 식당 30솔짜리 부페 먹던가 해야했습니다.

Booked a 4x4 transport for mount chachani here. It went well. Only setback was they forgot to send the phone number of the driver. But it was okay since he arrived on time. If anyone else wants transport, I suggest booking Marcel. He's great

Sind mit dem Anbieter zum Salzsee gefahren und hatten eine gute Tour. Sie fahren mit einem Kleinbus auf ungeteerten Straßen - es ist sehr holprig und sehr kurvig. Ein Jeep wäre besser gewesen! Aber unser Guide war der Beste, den wir hier in Peru hatten. Sie hat alles super erklärt und war sehr freundlich. Es gab zwei kleine Essensstops - aber nur beim lokalen Markt und vor Ort für einen Mini-Snack. Man zahlt für eine Tour zu den Salinas etwa 65 Soles, kann aber nochmal handeln :)
Die Dame, die uns die Reise verkauft hat, hatte nicht so ganz die Info von der Tour. Aber am Ende war sie doch besser als gedacht
Sind für die Halbtagestour um 6 Uhr gestartet und waren um 13:30 Uhr zurück.
Der Van war auch im guten Zustand.
Am Salzsee ist nichts los, man sieht dort auch viele Alpakas

Me sorprende ver los comentarios negativos, ya que nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena. Contratamos el tour por 2 día a cañón del Colca. Nuestra guía Cecilia muy profesional y con dedicación con el grupo. La van en buen estado, limpia y nuestro driver Percy un gran conductor y muy prudente. Hemos disfrutado mucho del tour.
Único aspecto que no nos gustó tanto fue la comida del buffet (relación calidad/precio) pero como es opcional comimos en otro sitio muy cerca de alli.

J'ai réservé avec eux la ruta del salar et les 2 jours au canyon del colca, dans les deux cas les guides étaient vraiment super (un grand merci à Evelyn pour le canyon!)
L'hébergement au canyon était vraiment chouette, piscine avec cascade et douche chaude, des chambres pour 2 personnes.
Petits bémol : ils nous avaient dit que l'eau au repas était inclue, ainsi que les serviettes pour les douches : pas du tout. Je n'ai pas aimé devoir aller à un buffet le dernier midi, 40 soles quand même, mauvaise nourriture pour le prix, et rien autour pour prendre autre chose. On avait rendez vous en bas de notre hôtel à 3h, à 2h58 le chauffeur nous a appelé plusieurs fois pour qu'on se déplace à la plaza del armas, et avait l'air plutôt agacé de notre retard de 2 min... ils proposent aussi un bus pour Puno à la fin du trek.
Bref, j'ai passé d'excellents sejours, les entreprises avec qui ils collaborent sont très bien, les infos uniquement en espagnol un peu moins.

Los guías y transporte son muy buenos, totalmente recomendados en ese sentido. Por otro lado, al momento de coordinar y hacer pagos, hay mucho desorden y descoordinación.

Prices are relatively low. However, they made a mistake and told us that there’s no entrance fee to the Salar, when there was. When we came to get our money (for the entrance fee) back, they started acting as if they don’t understand English (even though they explained us the tours in pretty decent English the days before). After over an hour of debate, and only after we raised our voices, we got our money back.
The tours themselves are good and profesional. However, we felt cheated.
Rather stay away.

Avoid by all means!
They tried to scam us - and after long and unpleasant talks they returned the money - but nobody can return the wasted day. Not only ours - but also their subcontractor’s driver.
We went as far as reporting that to tourist police and local tourist authorities, hope that this shameful bureau will cease to exist sometimes soon, and stops ruining people’s time in Peru.
Their rating speaks for itself - and is very true.

Don’t trust a word they say or write! They ll do as they wish anyway without discussing any changes with you or seeking your approval ! After lunch on our second day our small and private bus was given to other people without any explanations. We were transferred to a large bus and had to wait 40 minutes for people to finish their lunch. We arrived at Arequipa two hours late. When we raised our concerns and complaints the guide smiled at us. Very unprofessional operator.

I got sick during the 2 day tour. Nobody looked after me. Nothing was clear. I had to figure everything out myself. It would be nice if you’re paying for the guide, the guide will look after you. Especially when you get sick.

We booked for a one day tour for the second day, but no one picks us up the next day as they promised!!!! There were no explanations and no apologies!!! This is the worst traval experience i have ever had in my life！Don't travel with them as they will ruin your vacation

The tour was canceled and they didn’t want to give me my money back. They told me to come back to get the money next day and I did but still no cash, so they told me to go with a girl to withdraw some cash, I was waiting outside the bank but the girl disappeared so I went back to the office and finally got the money. don’t use their services

This agency didn’t describe some of the tour’s additional costs, and when we came to get our money back, they played as if they don’t speak English.

Si hubiera 0 estrellas o menos se las pondria... Total descoordinacion, perdí un día ya que el conductor nunca nos recogió y la operadora me indico que al parecer se "olvidaron".

Si viajan a Arequipa y quieren pasar un bonito momento ni piensen en adquirir sus servicios.

Pésima experiencia.
El chófer nunca vino a buscarnos. El servicio post venta me cogió el teléfono una sola vez pero no me dió ninguna explicación ni me devolvió la llamada, posteriormente me colgaba.
El vendedor del viaje nunca estuvo disponible para arreglar nada. El chófer no dió tampoco señales de vida. Finalmente nos devolvieron el dinero tras un día perdido.
En fin, incapacidad para resolver problemas que puedan surgir.

Excursion bookée pour 7h30, le chauffeur n est jamais venu nous récupérer et nous avons attendu plus d'1h30 pour joindre l agence pour finalement devoir aller directement à l agence qui n a pas eu de véritables explications (impossible de joindre le chauffeur selon eux...)
Une journée de perdue et une pauvre excursion minable de proposer en contre partie.
Une arnaque !!!

LAMENTABLE ! Nous avons booké un service de transport et le chauffeur nous a déposé au mauvais endroit. Après avoir contacté l'agence pour obtenir des explications, la commerciale a fait preuve d'un manque de professionnalisme et d'une mauvaise fois sans nom, en venant même à rigoler et à faire preuve d'irrespect. N'Y ALLEZ PAS

La peor experiencia en tours de mi vida. Terrible desde el principio hasta el final. Comidas terribles, alojamiento horroroso, el guía dejo caminando solo al grupo durante todo el camino del Colca, no teníamos asiento en el bus de vuelta a Puno cuando ya lo habíamos pagado...no se les ocurra contratar con ellos!!!

Pesima experiencia. Nos dijeron que seríamos 18 en el bus y éramos 30. A la hora de viaje se descompuso el coche y tardaron más de una hora en cambiar la rueda.
Llegamos super tarde para ver los cóndores.
