Untrustworthy laundry - do not use.

We phoned around 11AM to arrange collection of our laundry and agreed a price of 4 sols/kilo including free collection/delivery as per the website. We were told the laundry would be collected around 2PM and returned the next day. The laundry was never collected until after lots of phoning they collected around 12PM the following day. 24 hours later we called them to find out when they would be returning the laundry to be told they were now not going to return the clothes and if we wanted them we would have to collect. When questioned about this they hung up the phone. Wanting our clothes back we went to their location on Jerusalen. Initially they wanted to charge us for 10kilo washing (despite us giving them 7kilo), together with dry cleaning costs for a dress they decided could not go for normal wash, and a 7 sol collection charge. We paid them 30sols and left. There was no protest from their side, they knew they were ripping us off.

Find another laundry, there are plenty others in the area.

La dame m’avait indiqué le lendemain à 14h pour récupérer les vêtements. Je suis arrivée le lendemain à 16h30, ils n’étaient pas prêts .. de plus, je les ai récupéré humides… et la dame n’était pas aimable..
