Pardos Chicken

The chicken hearts were simply amazing. The other items were okay. A bit too salty in my opinion.

Great rotisserie chicken. It is seasoned so well. The sauces complement the dishes well. Avocado on the salad is delicious. The service was very fast and friendly. Note, you pay for milk by the ounce. The wait is. It very long. Finding an open table nearby can be challenging.

Just the perfect end of a trip to Peru. After so many years, the flavor is still so good, the portion has a good quantity, and the creams are the perfect complement for a Roasted Chicken / Pollo a la Brasa (1/4 portion). I cannot skip the delicious local soda drink Inca Kola. If you are during lunch or dinner time, don't skip the chance to try it (in case you couldn't before). If you are alone, the places close to the windows are perfect.

This place is some of the best airport food I’ve ever had. If you go to McDonald’s or kfc in this airport, you’re missing out. Order a 1/4 or 1/2 rotisserie chicken meal with French fries, a salad, and a chicha morada. They were busy, but the cashiers were patient and friendly, spoke both Spanish and english, and I never waited more than 10 minutes for my food. I ate here three times while flying through the Lima airport during my two week peru travels and wasn’t let down once.

This was some of the best airport food I have ever had. I got the cow heart on a skewer and it was delicious. I also had the boneless chicken bay which was also magnificent. (Careful, it's spicy). The meals also come with sauces which made everything that much more awesome!

Who doesn't want to eat his/her last Pollo a la Brasa before departing? Awesome chicken and the service is great, you get served at your table in a fast food court setting!

Pardos chilenos para mi es la mejor Polleria del Perú, y está sigue manteniendo su sabor. Tienen buen servicio buena comida, con garantías y las mejores cremas que podrías esperar en una pollería. Nunca había comido pollo a la brasa en el aeropuerto, se me antojó y estaba buenaso como siempre está, también recomiendo el sándwich de pollo a l brasa, uno de los mejores qué hay.
